I booked there for one night and I have to be thankful to God that i didn't book for more than that. First, when I arrived there, the cleck told me that they wouldn't have a shuttle service for the airport the next day, I knew that if I would have had to take a taxi, it would have cost... more

I rented two rooms for one night upon our return from Punta Cana on April 4 and when I returned home and checked my Visa statement, I noticed they charged me for 4 rooms. I called immediately to have this error corrected and have been given nothing but the run around and the charges are still on my Visa. I... more

We did a one night stay and left our car parked there for 1 week while we vacationed. The room was not well maintained. The fan on the heater was very loud, had to turn it off to sleep. A huge blood stain on the side of the mattress, looked like someone died in there. We skipped breakfast. The free... more

Folks, don't believe the internet pictures and description of this over-priced, under-achieving, aged and past-it's-prime hotel. It's not unfair to call this place a DUMP! Unclean rooms, mouldy bathrooms, decrepit lobby, no restaurant, no on-site bar make this a terrible waste of money. Downright mis-leading on-line advertising should be reported to the internet police, it's that bad! While close to... more

Folks, if you're looking for a hotel that you can actually sleep in without filthy on the beds, the furniture, or just about anything in a decent hotel, stay far away from this one. The bed sheets had stains that were huge, I couldn't believe what I was paying for. I was glad that I left Toronto the next day,... more

Bathroom dirty, they dont change the bed sheets, no heat in the room, and the breakfast is a joke! You have to eat with your coat on, your bagel with bad coffee because there is no eat there too. I hope no one else will get trapped in that RAT HOLE. more

We booked on this hotel through Park, Sleep and Fly and parked our car in their parking lot while we are on vacation thinking that our car would be safe but the window glass of our car was smashed during our stay. The hotel didn't give any assistance and denied responsibility on the incident. more

I booked this Hotel via the "Park & Fly" website without reading reviews - what a HUGE MISTAKE. This hotel is filthy disgusting and I really mean it. As we were travelling early the next morning and had paid a partial fee, we decided to "suck it up & stay". Don't do what we did - pay a few dollars... more

er....its the most disgusting + smelly + dirty hotel I've never seen, the carpet is unclean and the sheet has holes and smells so bad. If i can choose again...I would rather pay CAD 20 more to stay in Sheraton near the airport. more
