The carpeting in the room was badly stained and had burn marks on it. Furniture was old and very dated. The bedding was ripped and torn in places and the bed was very uncomfortable. The Fawcits in the bathroom lifted out of the vanity top.The tv and internet did not work.A cob web was on the wall near the window. The hotel... Bob G, Thank you for your review. Only through our guest’s feedback both good and bad can we truly see how we are doing. Yes I do agree, some of our rooms are in need of updating. We are a unique Travelodge in the fact we actually have 3 types of rooms. We have our standard room’s floors 2 through... More

The room was excellent and the heat/cool worked very well. I was disappointed in the pool facilities. There was a broken shower head in one of the showers in the change room. In the other shower the soap had run out.. The pool itself was not sparkling clean and the water was freezing. I ended up not swimming. There was... More

Internet and TV only worked intermittently, which made work contact difficult. The room was very hot room, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and you could not reduce the temperature of the room - 3 calls to front desk were made and no one was sent to fix the problem.

This hotel is worn out. It needs a complete upgrade to the bathrooms, and the heating/cooling system. The reception desk folk are well dressed but not particularly helpful. Being injured and in some pain, I needed a cart to take my luggage from my car to the room. There were none available and the staff just shrugged. To be fair... More

Everyone I encountered from initial reservation through to the end was extremely helpful & accomodating. The hotel is so close to the airport & easy to find. Loved the free parking and my car was so close to the door - important for a female traveller at night. Although the hotel is older, the room was large & comfortable. Simple... More
