I just stayed for two nights at this hotel. The Holiday Inn is located centrally a few steps from Yonge street and if one is inclined do to a bit of walking most everything in the downtown area is walkable. So I found the location to be excellent, although Toronto might feature some “nicer” neighborhoods. Also, the rates offered were... More

Thank you roland_vienna for your review. We're happy to hear you enjoyed your visit to Toronto, and are sure our future guests appreciate all of your advice, tips and tricks for traveling through the city. Toronto has a second airport in the downtown area (Billy Bishop), which caters mainly to domestic or short distance flights, which may be a more... More

Stay two nights here, lovely and clean room eventhough rather small. The only complaint is the heater since it doesn't work for staying me warm during my stay in spring time. My breakfast time is rather special here, eventhough the food is somewhat too ordinary, but the service is great! Love their hospitality.

This hotel was not bad, but there were definitely issues from keeping it into the category of a place I would stay again. We booked multiple rooms with a travel agent and the front desk was less than helpful on check in and check out, not knowing which rooms we had booked and under what names, and not really going... Spent a night here in a King Executive. The room was small but nice, however cold. Thermostat was set at 65 degrees and couldn't be changed. After calling down to front desk 2x I was brought a space heater and then had to ask for an extra blanket. When I checked out in the morning an elderly gentleman was also... More

Quite disappointed with the service from this hotel. Except one or two staff members the staff is rude and not very cooperative. The breakfast menu is limited and not up to mark . Quite disappointed! I spent over 8 days but no special recognition by staff, something you will not experience in India. They did not give me a decent... More

Just around the corner from the Church Street village. Just a short subway ride to the Air Canada Centre. Very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Close to many restaurants. Lots of shopping in the area. On site parking.

I'm a bit disappointed with the Holiday Inn downtown due to the lack of heat in the rooms. It's 1 degrees outside and the hotel has no heat in the rooms. When I called downstairs to inquire why, they said "The A/C is on" Really?? It's expected to be -1 tonight and the A/C is on for the building? I'm... More

We booked this hotel for price and location, both of which were good. From checking in to checking out we received great service from all staff. The room was clean and the beds comfy. An ideal place to stay for a trip to Toronto.

This hotel is well located a few steps away from Yonge Street, the main Toronto downtown artery, and next to a subway entrance. There is a Starbuck off the lobby and two breakfast restaurants across the street. Nice, open and clean lobby giving access to a full service restaurant, a business centre and also offers a gym and a pool.... More
