Only spent two nights here. My husband used the pool each morning. Very centrally located. Nice suprise with Open Streets Toronto on Sunday am. Loved being able to walk around on the street. Did not use the restaurant this visit.

Stayed a couple of nights. Room very small as had 2 suitcases and holdall: hardly any floor space left without falling over something. Some service a bit weak: the Bell-man was in Reception - not at the roadside. So, arriving by cab with all the bags above: not much assistance or a trolley around. Corridors looked bland/dull. Didn't use restaurant... More

The Holiday Inn City Centre is literally in the centre of Toronto, close to excellent dining and the business district. Next door is the Loblaws, which was formerly the historic Maple Leaf Gardens, home of the Toronto Maple Leafs and venue of several historic concerts. You can shop for popcorn on centre ice! The hotel rooms are a bit small,... More

I was Toronto for 5 days with my daughter, the staff was helpful and friendly to me. The room was clean but not spacious . The wi-fi service was spotty in my room but the desk staff provided me with a cable to use my computer in my room. The wi-fi service was great in the lobby area and restaurant. Loblaws... More

My friend and I had arrived at the hotel. Check in was breeze and simple. I signed up for a rewards problem. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room with ice was inaccessible. We could not get any ice and when we called the front desk they said they would send someone up and never did. Our tv was... More

I visited toronto few days ago and I was unlucky enough to stay at this hotel. Not only the room was very very small, it was also that dirty that we couldnt sleep. It asked for another room but there was no availability so we changed the next day but the problem was still there. I would never stay at... More

I stayed for two weeks in this hotel. It has the best location. It is very close to the subway, restaurans and all the attractions. There is also a big supermarkert (Loblaws) next to the hotel. The breakfast was very good, my kids loved it. The room is small but modern and very clean. Free wifi in the room. Nice... More

Stayed here a couple of years ago for a couple of nights as part of a touring holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. the room was a little smaller than average but well kept. It was room only so never ate in the hotel as it tended to be a little pricey. Options for breakfast are easy enough by... More

GREAT location, GREAT prices, but the rooms are CRAMPED. Clean rooms, nice clean swimming pool, and nice outdoor deck that is very large and open but limited in tables and chairs to stretch out on and relax in. A good hotel restaurant. The places is a close walk to everything downtown Toronto. Good underground parking with plenty of space. Don't... More

Thank you for your review, and your advice for our future guests. If you're in the mood for Chinese, and don't like the restaurant across the street, there are several other restaurants to try on Yonge Street, just north of our hotel, that you might want to try. Feel free to ask our Front Desk, or concierge and we'll be... More
