Stay here for 1 nite as I arrived a day earlier then I thought. Looking for a cheap place to crash after driving all day. It was $102 taxes and parking. You had to park 3 blocks away but it was underground and nothing was taken as I had a lot of stuff in the car. This was and old... More

Dirty, noisy, outdated. The bathroom was covered in long red hairs (mine is black). Pubic hairs covering toilet and floor. Dirty sheets, dusty.

The location of this hotel is horrible. We had to park 2 blocks away and still pay $12 for overnight parking. The outside of the building looks very sketchy abd so do the halls of the building. Someone had their clothes hanging out of a window in the hallway to air out which was gross. The room was the size... More

The staff was nice but the hotel itself needs a good cleaning. My room had bugs and ants. The AC control was broken and they only cleaned once during my 4 day stay. I had to go/asked to down for my own towels and toilet paper. If it wasn't for the proximity to my itinerary, I would have checked out... More

If you value your health or life, I urge you not to stay here. We arrived at the hotel, checked in and immediately checked out. The front desk clerk did not even flinch when we told him it was unacceptable. To the hotels credit, they did give us a full credit and no cancellation fees (lucky for them or we... More

There was blood stains on the bathroom floor, the room was dirty and the front desk staff had no personality. The place just felt and seemed very sketchy. Even if it is affordable totally not worth it to stay in a dump like that. Much nice places in Toronto even if you are on a budget.

Staying in West End

Neighborhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
