We travel often to the Toronto area and stayed at many different hotels. We love coming back to Delta because we never once had a problem. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole family can enjoy the pool area that has a kiddie pool on one side and a water slide with the main pool. There is also a... More

The hotel is easy to find just off the 401. There was plenty of parking when we arrived and also a sign saying more parking next door. It's a small looking brick built hotel on first impression but then you see there are lower more sprawling parts. Check in was quick and informative, pool hours, breakfast, restaurant, the usual. To... More

Did a lot of searching for hotels around Toronto for the time of our stay. The PANAM games where on so things were booked out and expensive in the city. Very glad to find this accommodation at a good rate which included breakfast and only a short drive to the city and about the same from the international airport. Before... More

Clean, safe, affordable and family orientated. Beautiful building. Kids got welcome prize pack at check in, they accommodated our last Minuit booking. We were able to order wine and food to the room, they offered a beautiful breakfast buffet. Very happy.

Well. We wanted this specific hotel- I'd been there after it opened, as a teenager so it was a touchstone for our family. We knew it wasn't the most expensive and we just wanted a quiet hotel, nothing too fancy. This hotel is significantly dated- not always a problem, but it does have some issues. When we were there, 2... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and we were very happy with the services. We found the hotel to be very safe, clean, spacious and affordable. I think one of the reasons families would book this hotel is for the pool area. Families with children would definitely love this hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our... More

Great staff and nice on the main floor and pool but the rooms seemed out dated and small. If you have a family book the toronto zoo package its worth it, however it was only for four people and we went with five so you will have to purchase more passes at the zoo. Pool staff were realy great with... More

We have stayed at several delta hotels in the past and found them to be of great quality. They are priced higher but generally better overall hotel. This is not the case here. Rust and mold in the shower. Pool and waterside in poor condition. The stairs up the water slide were rusting out. And the top of the slide... More

This hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are spacious, it's clean, the pool is amazing with a water slide that the kids love, even a small pool with a frog slide for the little guys, hot tub is okay but could be renovated, exercise room is nice, squash court with rackets to rent free, the restaurants are great, especially the... Dear Valued Guest, I would like to take this opportunity and thank you for commenting on how spacious and comfortable our rooms are. Staying in Scarborough

Neighborhood Profile
Scarborough
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
