My husband and I stayed two nights as I was attending a conference in the hotel. Check-in was efficient and the staff were very polite and accommodating. However, the parking situation wasn't clearly explained and we ended up paying twice for parking. Upon check-out, however, the staff said they would credit my credit card for the $13.50 we payed twice... More

First impression of this hotel were great, lobby was very nice, staff was very polite and ready to assist. However, as soon as I pressed the button for the elevator, I knew something was up. The elevators are extremely old, and are situated in a strange array, that you need to be careful where you stand, or you;d miss it... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience and I am disheartened to learn that your stay was anything less than perfect. We certainly pride ourselves in the level of service and quality of product we offer to our customers, but unfortunately we sometimes fall short due to uncontrollable issues. I did take the time to review... More

I stayed at this hotel as it was the designated hotel for a conference I was attending. The location was within walking distance of the conference which was great ,but other than that it appeared to be situated in a commercial area ,and a car was required to access restaurants and shopping. The lobby was obviously renovated and accurately portrayed... More

The hotel itself was fine. We chose it based mostly on proximity to an event we were going to. The two things I didn't like was the lack of free parking and the air conditioner was so loud I barely slept. Other than that it was clean, the bed was fine, linens nice and soft. Overall a good hotel.

We booked for 2 nights. Room was very nice and clean and I understand the hotel was refurbished recently/ Reception staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is rich and generous and the bar is also nice with very nice barman. The only problem is the location. If you want to go down town you either pay about 60... More

Stayed here last week in one of the non-rennovated rooms. The bathroom was nice enough, clean, and reasonably spacious. The bedroom was OK but definitely in need of updating (which they are doing). My only criticism was the bedroom floor, which had not been vacuumed (and looked like it hadn't for some time). Under the bed was really dirty. Beds... More

The check-ins for us are fast and friendly. Risha has been working with our staff and clients for 6 yrs. Risha is friendly, competent and always tries to take the time to tell us of any updates we should know about. We stay at this facility 2 nights a week and have found the staff to be the greatest asset... More

We booked this hotel for two days to visit a friend nearby. The hotel was generally good especially the front desk people are very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and well decorated. However, on the first night of our stay, I found the bed sheets on one bed was smelly... The foot end of the bed smelled like... More

I have used Trip Advisor for years but never contributed, however after returning from this hotel, I had to post my comments. Being the chosen hotel for the wedding i was attending, I sure was a little scared after reading some reviews. Overall, the beds were comfortable, the food was delicious and the pool was relaxing, All the staff were... More

I just finished a business trip to Toronto and Stayed at the Don Valley Hotel and Suites. I found that the location was perfect. It was extremely accessible to the downtown core. Being located right off the Highway, made it very easy to get to from the airport. I walked into the lobby and found it to be very clean... More
