This property does a disservice to the Marriott Courtyard name. While the lobby is practical but inviting, the room is a grand disappointment. The water runs hot and cold, making showering miserable, the sheets are clean but rough, the skirts on the beds are dirty and torn, and the mattresses sagging. There is also dust all along the edges of the floorboards and under the beds. Clearly the cleaning is superficial. Oh, and I could hear my neighbors, making sleep a bit difficult.... More

Fantastic location on Yonge Street. The common areas are nice, but the rooms are showing wear and the hallways weren't vacuumed during our three day stay.
