We stayed for two nights. Checkin in was smooth - the staff was professional, but not particularly friendly. We stayed in a standard king room, however, we had placed a request for two beds prior to our arrival. While I love my sister, we had not shared a bed since we were wee ones. The front desk staff gave us... More

Thank you for your comments and I am sorry that we were not able to accommodate the two double bed request made. I would like to comment on the Pet Friendliness of the hotel. The charge of $50 is only to cover the direct cost of cleaning the carpets, bed spread (s), upholsertered furniture and in some cases the drapes... More

REASON FOR MY STAY: Concert – girls’ night out CHECK IN: I bought a deal for this hotel, for a concert that me and my friends were going to, therefore the price was very good. The check in went smoothly, expect when it came to the lady telling us where to self park my friends car. She acted offended that... More

We have stayed here before so booked for three nights over new year. The hotel is fine, but unfortunately, when booking, we failed to appreciate that all refreshment facilities including the restaurant, bar and room service were unavailable for some three weeks. Frankly, a hotel of this class and charging what it does should have shut down completely if it... More

We booked our room through Hotwire.com and was well worth the money. The room was huge with a king bed and lots of closet space. My boyfriend thought the bathroom was on the small side but I thought it was better then most I've stayed in. We were in town for Fan Expo and loved that the subway was so... More

We were there for a wedding and everything was spectacular. Our room was very large and nice. The wedding reception was on the top floor of the hitel which was a spectacular venue. More

The hotel has some dings and scrapes in it but nothing out of the ordinary, just a 1970s hotel. The room that I was in was in good shape. I had trouble figuring out the shower. The tub was very springy, as if part of the support of the tub had gone missing. There was a switch to turn on... More

I chose this hotel because it had 2 bedroom suites and I had stayed there 10 years ago and enjoyed it. Apparently, it has not been updated since. The windows leaked, the restaurants were all closed (including the room service) as was the pool. It was empty and i know why.The concierge was helpful as was the staff but they... More

Lovely but bland rooms with a balcony view. The bathrooms also are tiny. This was a good stay but service was given to the value of the last cent. Very reminiscent of a parking meter. Unless you are satisfied with bistro-style food the hotel is also rather far from restaurants and nightlife. At least room service had a small but... More

We have stayed here several times and will be back the location and the price suit our needs. We like the the windows in the room can open and that the rooms are large. There is lots of closet space to put suitcase out of the way and you can control the heat in your room. I like the large... More

We arrived at the sutton place hotel and were greeted by friendly staff. We booked on Hotwire so expected the worst room in the hotel. Instead, we stayed in a huge hotel room, with an american king size bed (the bed was enormous). It was very clean, extremely spacious and thus very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only... More
