I would never recommend this hotel to anyone - when we arrived, the front desk staff were rude and oblivious to our very presence. Our room was dirty and there was a general sense of uncleanliness. I stayed there for a few day in January of this year. I would only recommend the Sutton Place to an older couple or those that would appreciate an "old-school" feel in the hotel they choose. The lobby, elevator and common areas are very classy. And the furnishings in the room are antique-styled(?). Having a balcony is a nice touch... more
