This is a hotel that we frequent when we travel abroad. On this visit, most of the staff was absolutely wonderful. Orlando, the regular Club Room manager was his normal wonderful self. He make the Club Lounge for us and when he is absent, the lounge is often not up to par. We stayed for 3 nights this time and... More

I was getting ready to check out and needed a cart for my luggage, but unfortunately they were all out. Jodi at the front desk went above and beyond looking for one for me (she actually checked every floor!). I know she didn't have to do that, and her kind act meant a lot for me. Besides her, all other... More

This want the best experience. Front desk staff lacked training for a smooth check in. Room was outdated. Light bulbs burnt out. Room didn't receive full housekeeping each day. Airplanes shook the window. Elevators broke down several times. A lot to pay for this route of stay.

Comfortable room (yes, planes do fly overhead so there is some noise, but no worse than a busy road) and extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff. Best complimentary breakfast - everything from oatmeal, fruit and yogurt to absolutely delicious custom made omelettes. Worst pool, though. I thought it would be neat to swim under a dome, but it simply... More

During a family gathering, we (very large family group) gathered in the dining room for dinner. The preplanned menus were presented promptly for our chosing. The orders were quickly taken. The wine was poured depending on your choice. Then the courses were served one at a time. I had a tasty Caesar salad for a starter. This was followed with... More

I recently had a stopover at this hotel on a trip to St. Thomas. Upon check in we were given a rom next to the lobby with a wedding or some other event happening at the hotel. The room was very noisy with guests partying on the main floor and people drinking open liquor in the halls. I called the... More

Good hotel located close to the airport. Rooms were fairly large with comfortable beds. The hotel is directly in line with one of the runways from the airport such that airplanes fly right above the hotel. You can hear the planes, but I did not find it too loud. Had no problem sleeping, but this may be a factor for... More

Great place to overnight for a 21 hour layover for an international flight! Clean, convenient, and easy to get to with lots of luggage! The bar serves food after the restaurant is closed! Fresh apples greet the customer in the lobby, free wifi!

The Sheraton on Dixon Road was perfect for our forced overnight. Convenient , moderately priced and still somewhat upscale. A very good choice for us, with clean room , bathroom and bedding. If you have a forced overnight in Toronto , this is a great hotel to spend the night in. Very good service , wake up calls and shuttle... More

We arrived late (1:00 am), walked to the hotel from the airport (all indoors) and were in our beds in 20 mins. A perfect location for a quick travel stopover. Too far to go into town, but this place was perfect for our needs. Quick check in, quick check out, and walk out the door to the our gates.
