We ended up at this Sheraton when our flight from Toronto to Boston was cancelled. I was travelling with my severely disabled husband, a caregiver, and a service dog. We were warmly greeted when we arrived, and the woman at the reception could not have been more helpful. She set the tone for our stay, because every hotel employee we... More

I planned a trip for my hockey team to stay at this hotel and everything from the negotiations on the room block rate to arrival through check out was wonderful! Great staff, super clean hotel in a great location! I have heard nothing but the same from my entire team.

I love this hotel! Years ago it was the Delta. Now that Sheraton owns it, they managed to decorate it with a state of the art lobby area. The rooms are extremely quiet considering they are close to the runnway at YYZ and offer the great Sweet Sleeper Bed. Some of the staff are seasoned, but don't ket that fool... More

We had an amazing experience here. Our travel agent arranged our stay before we headed off on our 30th anniversary trip to Hawaii. We stayed here for and excellent rate which included access to the executive lounge providing finger foods in the evening and breakfast the next morning. As well, there was a nice chocolate covered fruit plate. Very yummy.... More

I stayed there for one night recently, I found everything to be fine, the room was satisfactory ( although the bed was too hard for me, but 99% of Hotel beds are, so I wasn't surprised). The room was facing West towards the runway, and unlike others I didn't hear any noise from planes taking off in the morning. I... More

Dear "marquisdenet", Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate your positive notes. Thanks for pointing out that you did not have any issues with the airport noises. Our rooms do contain special pained windows to minimize the outside noises; however these windows also house small fresh air vents, which if left open will definitely keep you up at... More

I have stayed in a few different hotels in this area, the plane noise is pretty bad in all of them, after all they are right by a very busy international airport. That is the only bad thing i will have to say, otherwise it was a very very clean hotel room, we had a view of the pool which... More

First of all, I would like to say that I booked through hotwire. It was one of the surprise, random hotel selections. Got in Toronto on MAY 18, 2012, late arrival. Went on the shuttle which was no hassle once we found out where to go. Very pleasant bus driver. Got to the hotel, the front desk guy was very... More

Dear "reflectionofvenus", Thank you very much for having taken the time to share your wonderful feedback. I'm glad you pointed out the complimentary bottled H2o in the room; as this is a relatively new service offering. I'm sure our team will be very grateful as well that you complimented their efforts. We were at the Hotel Sunday May 13th for a Mother’s Day dinner in Olio. The location was perfectly central for a family that is scattered from Peterborough to Orangeville to Waterloo and Toronto. Upon arrival we were greeted with huge welcoming smiles and showered in attention. The children amongst us were treated with the same respect and attention as... More

My employer held a seminar at this Sheraton, so I decided to stay for two nights. Very nice hotel with clean rooms and all the modern amenities. The bathroom was a little tight, and the electronic thermostat did not work properly. Got a great deal on-line with my Starwood membership, which included free parking, free wifi, and free buffet breakfast.... More

Dear "canuck64", Thank you for the positive feedback and the "heads up" regarding the thermostat. As a direct-result of our feedback we're working with our Housekeeping team to inspect all thermostats to find any that might be not working properly; so thank you for letting us know. Best regards, Dan Woodburn More
