In the heart of downtown Toronto. Check-in was fast. the room was a good size one bedroom, with a whirlpool tub. There was plenty of room for two people. The shower in the bathroom was quite small, but we did take advantage of the whirlpool. Breakfast on the second floor was very good with buffet items plus waffles and cooked... More

Fantastic hotel, just wish it was in another location. This was my first trip to Toronto, and I chose it as it was downtown and I've had a couple great recent stays at other HGI's. Just too bad our driver advised us not to venture left out the front door and not to go our at night. He said its... More

In middle if downtown Toronto, close to everything. Rooms are great and lately renovated. When we asked for rolling bed for the kid and they didn't have it in regular room, they upgraded for penthouse for free! Great service but smile more, visitors like it. Great breakfast. If I go again to Toronto, will stay again for sure. More

I have stayed at this hotel thru the week for close to 2 months. I can not say enough about the service, the clean hotel, and the rooms are a good size as well. They have a wonderful breakfast on the 2nd floor which has everything imaginable. The staff work hard to please you and the friendlyness of the front... More

We stayed here for a quick overnight in Toronto. The location was great and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the NXNE music festival was happening just a few blocks away in Dundas Square. We may try to stay there again next year. The bar downstairs was cozy and a great place to end the night. The valet parking... More

We stayed here for 3 nights of Christmas Weekend. We had a pleasant experience right from checkin through checkout. The staffs were very courteous. We had breakfast included in our stay. The food was great. You may end up waiting for couple of minutes for getting your car from valet parking during rush hours. So plan accordingly. More

This is a relatively new hotel in downtown Toronto, quite walkable to many central city locations, businesses, etc. Front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient (I arrived late evening and was in my room within 3 minutes). Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Free wifi in the room. Breakfast in restaurant was good - cooked to order... More

When we arrived to the Dundas/Jarvis Toronto location, the hotel seemed nice. We had a double bed reserved. The room was filthy. The bed linens were dirty and had hairs strewn in between the sheets (even though someone had made the beds, they obviously wanted the room to appear clean). The bathroom had not been cleaned either. The toilet (upon arrival)... More

Dear Lisa Thank you for your comments, however, I am very sorry your stay at our new hotel was a disappointment, when accompanying your Aunt for her visit to the hospital. Our constant goal is to make sure each and every guest has the most exceptional guest experience possible, as we discussed and personally addressed with your Aunt. Please be... More

Booked the Hilton after looking up several places in Toronto. I wanted to be able to walk to Toronto University without taking cabs all the time. The hotel is located near King Street where you will find plenty of great restaurants and nighttime activities. The neighborhood is really pleasant to discover on foot. The room was spotless (Hilton type) and... More

We used our CAA membership which gave a room rate better than the more common hotel booking sites and booked through the Hilton Site. Planned to stay 4 nights but left on Sat to overnight with friends outside of the City. We returned on Sunday . On both "check-ins " we were able to do an "early check-in" . The... More
