We had a great week at Banting: enjoying the staff and owners; a beautiful antique house with a nice big living room as a common room to hang out in; and wonderful quality in towels, beds, and particularly breakfast. Couldn't have had a nicer time. more

I really enjoyed the stay of Banting House. The decoration of the house is very beautiful and elegant. The breakfasat was so good and enough that I didn't need lunch ! In addition, it was quite convenient that I could use the Internet freely. I highly recommend this B&B ! more

I loved my stay at the Banting House Inn! A great little getaway right downtown. The rooms are charming and decorated with antique furniture. I stayed in the Wedgwood room. It's very comfortable, from the scrupulously clean washroom to the smooth sheets and cozy beds. It's quiet too, something I didn't expect right downtown. more

I had a delightful time at Banting House. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer! I will definitely stay there in future visits to Toronto. My wife and I both find this the most comfortable, friendliest place we have ever visited. Both our dogs concur. Staff seem to genuinely enjoy what they do, not in a servile way but helpful and glad to be so. Great breakfasts. Stairs are steep for older/handicapped, but we, at 70 yrs, had no problems.
