Made it for only 1 night this time but alas, don't have a food update as didn't eat at hotel. Save that for June trip and update then.
Again, kudos for the convenience of getting to the hotel at Terminal 3 from Terminal 1.
Noise note for future. Stayed on front side of hotel and definitely heard backup vehicle warning...

We stayed here prior to a very early morning flight. Got a good rate by paying upfront in advance. Very comfortable and quiet. If you are flying from Terminal 3 (Westjet, Transat, American, etc) it is just a stroll across the bridge to the terminal. You have to take a shuttle to Terminal 1 which takes a few minutes.

Pricey, but one has to accept that when you stay at a hotel actually in the airport.
Watch out for occasional AAA specials. Comfortable room and remarkably quiet.
Staff were most courteous.

We stayed one night while in transit to Cuba and a second night in transit before flying back home to BC.
Check in both times was very quick - about 11PM on our first night and 2AM for our second stay. Both rooms were very well appointed and very comfortable.

Stayed here for the weekend even though we were not flying anywhere.
This place was incredible. The doorman was very professional and genuine. The whole staff was very friendly. Great rooms but the best part was 24hr gym, pool and hot tub.

This is the only airport hotel that is physically connected to Toronto Pearson airport, and that doesn't require you to take a shuttle.
