I am a Starwood Preferred Guest and I have visited quite a few Westin hotels and I was very disappointed by that one. It is an older property that has been renovated but not everyhting has been done. I attended a conference nearby and the Westin Bristol was one on the list for this convention. The room was wonderful, perfectly clean and very spacious.
