Perfect location since we were dropping my son off at the airport..YYZ is right across the way..for what is considered a 'top hotel'..upon arrival, the valet just stood looking out the window at us..probably because we weren't driving a posh car?..didn't even come out to see if we wanted service..this is a place you are supposed to expect constant service..had... more

We've stayed here a number of times, and are consistently satisfied (especially when weekend rates are often around 99$ CDN). Guest rooms are standard Westin, with great beds. It's evident the building is old and has been renovated, but it seems like they might have cut some corners (especially noticeable in the bathrooms, and with some of the furniture). Still... more

I stayed at the Westin for a few days, the rooms are clean, updated amenities, very friendly and helpful staff...They recommended a great breakfast place and its my new. FYI, its more than 20 mins from downtown.....I would stay here again. more

I am a Starwood Preferred Guest and always use the Bristol Place when I am flying out of Pearson Airport. The Park N Fly is a great price and the shuttle service is very convenient. The beds and bath are great and I find that it is the perfect way to start my vacations. more

My Husband & I stayed at the Westin when overnighting in Toronto between trips. The location of this hotel is ideal for overnight stopovers. The rooms are neat and clean with modern amenities. I am a Starwood Preferred Guest and I have visited quite a few Westin hotels and I was very disappointed by that one. It is an older property that has been renovated but not everyhting has been done. Don't let the website photos fool you. It has real dark hallways with old elevators with aged walls. The room was okay.... more
