Novotel, North York was a pleasant experience, large room with comfy bed. Easy to navigate my way thru lobby. Underground parking however was a bit confusing trying to find my car, even after remembering the section number, finding the section was a bit tricky to do.

the service her is impeccable, the room service speedy and the staff all very friendly. I always stay here when working uptown. it's close to everything, subway downstairs, good food at a reasonable cost. all wonderful as usual! thank you!

Everything you come to expect from a modestly priced hotel. Nice breakfast buffet, very comfortable, clean and modern rooms, close to subway and your choice of local Tim's or Starbucks nearby. Stayed here for business twice in the past 5 months. Reception staff are always friendly, courteous and exceptionally polite and efficient. I used to stay in this hotel every time i visited Canada as my office was in North York. This is definitely a very good hotel with overall ambience being very nice.There was always a very reaxing experience whenever i stayed here.
