Hilton Hotels with the facility of Executive Rooms and an Executive Lounge market them as a “home away from home”, but what happens if you rely on that? Staying at the executive floor is available for a premium or in case of an upgrade as a Hilton Honors Gold or Diamond member. If you book a Saturday night your room... More

as a HHonors diamond member, I have stayed at many hiltons all over the world. I have to say that this Hilton is the worst. My first stay there was met with rude reception staff at check in. There was a long queue for non HHonors elite members, but no one on the elite line. I waited and watched as... More

Wife and I stayed at the Hilton Toronto for two nights midweek in October 2014. For starters, based on some good information provided by a previous reviewer, we parked our rental car in the underground Nathan Phillips Square garage at 110 Queen St. West. We paid less for two nights' parking than the Hilton wanted for one night. It's about... More

Had a one-night stopover on business in Toronto and chose this hotel because of central location. It's 5-10 minutes walk from most things in the financial and entertainment districts. Hiltons can be very similar wherever you go but I did like this one. The staff were excellent, the room was large and comfortable, very clean. One problem was that I... More

Have been coming to this hotel for about 11 years, several times/year and have watched it slide down the scale. Being Diamond, we were upgraded every time, even to a huge suite, but the perks have subsided considerably over the years, including this time, finding the Executive lounge is closed on weekends. Ours was a weekend stay. The views have... More

An excellent hotel with good facilities and service and good staff. Extremely convenient for central Toronto and good value. The only niggle was a noisy neighbour in the early hours. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the CN. Tower and the various cultural highlights.

Excellent room. Clean, good view and quiet. Excellent service. The front desk staff were efficient and very friendly. The hotel was very classy and nicely designed, the rooms were the same. Clean and very nice. A $14.95/day charge for internet? That was the only downside.

In my working life I was a HHonours platinum or gold member and Wifi was free at the Hilton, like anywhere else. As a pensioner my travelling is less, so I'm downgraded to just an ordinary blue (?) member and we have to pay for Wifi. Wifi nowadays for travellers is like water or electricity in the room. This just... More

Very good price and cozy environment, it is suitable for couple or family, recommendation!! If you have a chance, do not miss this kind of good hotel, good service and good atmosphere. I hope the Hilton can have more promotion for holiday, but this hotel is really worth to live overnight

Good location, pretty impersonable however. The usual formula, woke up and wondered what city I was in! Breakfast the same as usual, polite but bored staff, visit was okay but hardly memorable, business facilities good.
