Could not get a better location, central to everything. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. Nice reception area also. The business lounge has limited food choices, but was a nice environment, not overcrowed and great view of the city. Polite staff. Will stay again on next trip to Toronto.

3 couples stayed here over the weekend and they screwed up all 3 of our billings. Won't go into all the details but 3 days later it still is not straightened out. Staff don't seem real eager or apologetic about correcting the situation. Also mold in the shower -- not what you expect from the Hilton!

Typical busy hotel that can't spend maintening its rooms. Bed sheets had holes so did the bathroom linen. No bathrobe, a 4 diamond standard. Flat screen tv with poor picture, not a true HD. Reminded me of a commercial. Not up to Hilton standards.

Stayed for a couple nights to get away from everything and to enjoy downtown, waterfront and dining. Hotel is nicely appointed and has a great central location allowing you to walk to most places of interest and dining. Room was spacious with king bed and was very comfortable. We stayed in May for our first visit to Toronto. Hotel is in a great location for being a tourist in Toronto. Subway and street cars are near. The Tundra restaurant at the Toronto Hilton undergoing a rennovation. We have been regular visitors over the years. The Hilton remains an excellent location with very friendly and capable check in staff. Parking is a premium at $40 a day. Rooms are pretty basic with worn furniture and bare bones amenities.
