We had a room with a nice lake view. The service was excellent and the food was good, however, everything is pricey. okay this place is enormous. the rooms are a good size and the amenities are excellent. the location is something to be desired. We are only here for a night befor we headed down to Niagara Falls for a two day stay. The beds were comfy and staff were also good. the parking however was attrocious and expensive.

When your hotel sits on one the prime pieces of real estate in downtown toronto, you expect to be keeping up with the Jones'. Have stayed here several times.Always enjoy my stay.Hotel has been nicely refurbished and great location near the waterfront of Lake Ontario.City Hall and main drag of Yonge/Queens st about 15 min walk away.May not be that great a location in winter.
Spacious room and very quiet.
Prefer the North tower but not huge difference.
