I recently stayed here with my boyfriend over the Thanksgiving long weekend. We booked the stay through hotwire and paid half of the average nightly rate. If we had paid the full rate, I would have definitely complained to the hotel staff about its shortcomings. -We loved the location (right on the subway line and was close to many of... More

I went up to Toronto for a fun weekend in the city. It was Nuit Blanche which meant an all night party right outside the hotel. The rooms are old and need updating. I was originally on the 8th floor of the hotel facing city hall in a corner room which was rather spacious, but still nothing special. I booked... More

I was on a business trip and chose to stay at the Sheraton Centre Toronto. Very nice hotel. Staff was amazing. The food and beverage was very good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Toronto. Truly made me feel like it was my home away from home.

This was my first visit back to the Sheraton since they completed their big refurbishment. What a nice job they did! Guestrooms have been updated with a comtemporary color scheme and great bedding. This is a big hotel, but it works well. Elevators are plentiful and speedy. Hotel is a short walk from: Eaton Centre for shopping, the simple subway... More

After booking this hotel to stay at during a conference and then reading recent reviews criticizing the place for its unsanitary conditions and bedbugs, along with all of the media hype, I was concerned I might have a similar encounter. I just want to say that that was not the case; I did not have the same experience during my... More

Hotel is old and hasn't been renovated. Shower/bath didn't drain properly so standing in a pool of water when having a shower. Poor sleep as could hear people in the corridor, the lift and people in the room next door. Crib provided had no sheets (which seems to be the rule with Sheratons), so we had to make do with... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and two grown-up daughters (aged 19 & 23) in September. We'd come to Canada primarily to see the Niagara Falls and had travelled on from Washington, USA. After checking in, we had trouble with one of our room key cards which necessitated 2 visits back down to Reception. The guy on reception... More

We stayed for two nights duing our 17 nights stay to Ontario. Hotel was central & easily accesible to all sights. Hotel is very busy. We had an executive room on floor 38 which included breakfast. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Hotel rooms were dated, very 80s decor and require upgrading. Bathrooms very small. Dining in the hotel was expensive... More

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten, however this is about as positive as it gets. These days, when you are paying $350 for a room (corporate rate based on my company booking 100 rooms was down to $220) you expect a lot more. This hotel has an old decor and desperately needs upgrading. The biggest issue was we... More
