The hotel currently is under renovation in the lobby as well as the queen way street in construction. I found the hall to the rooms was not clean and the carpet in the room neither. You can park and walk to any place of relevance. Sports venues, the theatre district, right on beautiful Lake Ontario. Only one drawback is ( summer ritual ) construction on the street, but still worth every penny.
