Stayed here while on a family holiday in Canada! A nice clean hotel in a great location close to the hockey hall of fame and the cn tower! Has everything you need, would stay here again if I was back in Toronto and recommend family and friends to stay here!

This is the only time I have stayed in a hotel where our main memory is the lifts. There are 3 but only 2 were working. We were on floor 9 so we did not want to walk down the stairs. In the mornings we could not get on a lift going down as they were always full by the... More

We stayed for 3 nights. Positives: Location is very good. You're within walking distance of all of the major sights in downtown Toronto. Breakfast is included in the room price. It's buffet style with a selection of eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals, bread, fruit, yogurt, muffins, tea and coffee. We never saw a shortage of anything as staff are constantly bringing... More

Upon reading some negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive when we got here. However, the hotel was definately better than I expected. We stayed here the last week of August. The staff is very welcoming and they let us check in early. Neil at the front desk is extremely quick and efficient. As far as the room goes (we... More

This is a nice hotel - nothing luxurious but good hub to explore the city of Toronto. Situated a little bit north of the core centre and reachable nicely by two streetcar (tram) lines. From the tram stop you have to walk appr. 250 metres to the hotel. The hotel has 14 floors and appr. 200 rooms. Some of the... More

Great location, we were able to walk to the fabulous market, St. James park, great restaurants, coffee shops etc... Hotel is older but well cared for and staff were awesome. Breakfast was good although it was a bit warm and crowded, they kept the food trays plentiful.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Toronto. It's location meant we could walk most any place we wanted to go. There were lots of great shops and restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast each day had lots of choices and was included in the price!! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was quite clean. The... More

We had a pleasant stay here, we got a corner room which gave us a great view of the city and quite a few restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The included breakfast was handy, the food quality was fairly average but overall the stay was fairly convenient.

THE GOOD: Location is right in Old Town Toronto, just a few blocks from Yonge St, and an easy walk to Union Station. Room was immaculate in cleanliness. Our mattress was awesome and helped provide a great night's sleep. The view from our room 1001 showed St.James Park, Lake Ontario, and CN Tower The included buffet breakfast was everything you...
