Stayed for corporate event. great location near St Larwence market and Union station. A few nice bars / pubs in front of hotel. One bad thing was that there seemd to be some type of labour dispute going on with the hotel workers so lunchtime resaurant service was very slow... Facilities and rooms were good.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were quite pleased with the hotel. Room was clean, adequate for layout and space. They did give us an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which was quite handy. We also wanted some wine glasses and plates for a mini wine and cheese event; they delivered that promptly. Location was excellent;... More

My family stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while attending a huge Canadian National Volleyball Tournament from May 16 to May 20th. We were able to get a slightly reduced group rate that did not include breakfast. i did notice online though that their rate flucuates and they do give CAA/AAA discount. Our two rooms, both faced the front... More

Near St Lawrence Market, 5 mins walk from Union Station, 10 mins walk to the harbour area, this hotel is in a very convenient location. I can't really fault this place, the staff were wonderful and extremely friendly. The rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and despite the liveliness of the area, very quiet at night. Good... More

The hotel is located between the water front promenade and central Toronto. If you want the best of both worlds within 10-15 mins walking distance in each direction, this hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are spacious and clean. Annoying though that you cannot open the windows for fresh air but I guess this is common for many hotels... More

The hotel was conveniently located in downtowm Toronto near all main attractions. Rooms were OK however tea making facilities were totally inadequate with only a coffee maker to provide hot water for tea. Water through these coffee makers is not hot enough for tea. I also had to provide my own tea and milk as the selection was not to... More

This hotel is close to Union Station for trains and subway and is also close to the main shopping area. A bit of a mess in the surrounding streets because of ongoing roadworks but the hotel was clean, quiet and pleasant. Reception staff were helpful and the check-in quick as I had already reserved through Accor. My room was adequate... More

I recently stayed at the Novotel in downtown Toronto (35 The Esplanade). When I checked in, I paid for the parking pass at a cost of $25.99. I then asked the lady at the front desk for some sort of proof of payment to display on my car dashboard and she said "Don't worry, the parking attendant will know that... More
