This place is fine if you're looking for something that's convenient to downtown Toronto (it's in the King West neighborhood, and within walking distance of the trendy, funky West Queen West neighborhood). There was, however, a large, loud, and drunk group of college boys who had rooms down the halls from us and they were pretty obnoxious. I didn't have... more

They have a advertising Front Desk saying if you stay five nights, you get a free DVD. When I checked out, I requested the DVD, and then he said I needed to be a Reward Guest. After I gave him the number, he said I didn’t qualify, with no reason. I didn’t argue nor said anything, because I am not... more

stayed 5 nights, two out of them where woken up by youngsters making noises outside, knocking on our door (5 times!), laughing, running, tearing down the room next to us! slamming doors, etc. Not a place for a family with a young baby more

I travel a lot for work. I normally stay at Courtyard Marriotts or Hampton Inns, occasionally a Ramada. I have fairly high expectations of hotels since I have to live in them for a week or more a month. I'm not a snob, but I don't settle for a room that is filthy or a bed that is too uncomfortable... more

We asked for a large, quiet room. We got a large room...but we were put beside the vending machine, window was facing parking lot and front doors where the returning party goers stand outside at 2am smoking and scream eachother. The first night I was woken up at 230am and could not get back to sleep til 4am when the... more

I stayed in room 320 from Nov. 27 thru Dec. 1, 2008. I felt itchy lying in the bed on my second night but didn't think anything of it. On my last morning there I woke up with weltson my arms and back. the real downer is I've probably brought these bugs home in my luggage! And I've now noticed... more

Clean hotel, close to street car stops and convenience stores. Breakfast OK although basic - toast with jams, muffins, cereal, tea, orange juice and coffee - but it did the trick! Hotel offers free internet service although connection can be a bit hit and miss, laundry facilities also put to good use $1.50 each for washer and dryer. There is... more

I was part of a group of 100 people which stayed at this hotel in October, 2007. We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to downtown Toronto. It's location was the only thing going for it. The hotel was quite dirty and outdated. Several people in our group had mice in their room. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned... more

Stayed here for 1 night in early September. Close to the Rogers Center where I was attending a Jays game. Checked in before 1 pm and They had a room ready. Everything was clean but air conditioner was an older type and made a lot of noise throughout the night which made for restless sleep. There is a construction company... more
