We were trepidatious when we saw the outside of the hotel. Looked a bit dingy and reception was a bit run down. But the room was fantastic. Very modern and clean, flat screen TV, glass walled bathroom and very modern fittings. Staff were very helpful. Location is great and right by Dundas Square but this can be a bit noisy... more

I selected Bond Place based on reviews on TA, a competitive rate from Expedia and the convenient location close by Ryerson University. I was here for a week on business and most of the uni is within a couple of blocks. My room was fairly small and the furniture was well worn although reasonably clean. The aircon was ancient and... more

Hotel is located in Downtown district, close to main shopping area. Room was clean, with toiletries, coffee maker, flatscreen TV, hairdryer, plenty of storage. Restaurant area that served breakfast and evening meal, breakfast was fine and reasonably priced - didnt eat in evening. Gym was free to use, had two treadmills, one sit down bike and one cross trainer. One... more

If these are the three most important features you want in a hotel, then this one's for you! The location is very central, just off Dundas Square and, with trolley, bus and metro all immediately available, it is difficult to find anywhere so convenient for the money charged. Eacton Centre for shopaholics is also handy. OK, so the rooms are... more

Couldn't have asked for a better location, but could have used better double glazing as I found it very noisy from the outside traffic including helicopter at local hospital. Another point is that although there is 2 queen size beds in the room they are not doubles so a room for three was not big enough. even though it was... more

I stayed in this hotel with my mother for 3 nights/4 Days. Its a great value for money hotel. It is close to and in a walkable distance for main attractions like Art Gallery of Ontario, Royal Ontario Museum, Hockey Hall of Fame. Toronto Eaton Center and PATH is actually couple of blocks away. Greyhound bus terminal is at a... more

I stayed for two nights at the end of May and Bond Place Hotel fit the bill. The hotel is in a very central location and we were able to walk to many places. The room was spacious for two people (though the bed was just a double), had a flat screen tv, and a decent bathroom. On the downside,... more

It was an excellent location. Came off the subway and was able to find in immediately. Eaton Center is right across the road. I was going to the convention center, which was about a 25 min walk, but could have taken the subway easily. Can walk around the TO core sightseeing ect no problem. No amenities, quite dated, but clean... more
