The first and most obvious problem with this hotel is its lack of parking. When we arrived, the underground lot was completely full, which were told was normal. While the website does state limited underground parking, it should also perhaps state just how limited it is, and that parking in the area is also somewhat limited. It took a long... More

This hotel is not your upscale high priced hotel. What you get is decent rates and a decent room. The room I had this time was not as nice as the one I had on my last visit It was still clean and the bed was very comfortable. The closet doors would not stay in the tracks but other than... More

This well-situated hotel (the subway is just a short walk; the street car stops at the front door) continues to delight (the friendly staff; an improved login system for Wi-Fi) but still has some serious challenges. As I attempted to have a quick, refreshing shower before heading off to the first meeting of the trip, I found I couldn't get... More

Based on the dangerous area day and night plus my poor check-out experience, I will go out of my way to NOT stay at any more Best Westerns for the rest of my traveling. Hotel staff at check-in was nice. Hotel located around 4 blocks from a subway station.

Quite good except for poor internet and cable tv. Close to subway and street cars and acces to main attreaction in Toronto. Price is right. Swimming pool very small. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are little bit old, air conditionning little bit noisy but vey little. Little waiting at the front desk at check -in and check-out

I would say this would be a great place for dudes and only dudes to stay while out having a good time in Toronto. I brought my family here and I was a little disappointed for what I payed. My wife questioned my ability to book hotels for vacations.the pool is okay and when 10 people got into the pool... More

The location is decent for downtown Toronto but don't rush to book this hotel. We paid $220/night and were very disappointed. The room we stayed in probably hadn't been dusted in weeks to months. There was a thick layer of dust on the window sill and coffee pot/condiments. The main area was vacuumed, however there was hair and dust in... More

Having stayed here several times, I find the service outstanding and rooms capacious and most reasonably priced. I unreservedly recommend it. The restaurant's breakfast is also high quality and reasonably priced, and service exceptional.

Vikki keeps this place running pretty smoothly. And it needs all the help it can get. It's an older property, and in addition to normal wear-and-tear, college students are housed here during the academic year, with predictable consequences. Ever visited the prehistoric caves in France? The ones with the primitive wall paintings? If you have, then the underground parking facility... More

Had a good experience at this hotel, it is located in the downtown area in close proximity to several things. The only problem I had was with the fridge where they used a tape in the door that will prevent the juice from falling. Evidently the grill was broken an instead of replacing it they used a tape, apart from... More
