I was at the Primrose back in June on the weekend of June 13th - June 15th. It was 2 rooms that were booked as we were 4 guys heading down to T.O to catch some baseball and relax a little. We tarvelled into the city from Ottawa and it is a standard 4 and half to 5 hour drive... more

Great hotel, price was decent for Toronto. Within walking distance to downtown, also very close to the Subway, which is very much recommended. Spacious room, comfy bed with a duvet. Clean, quiet. We only stayed for one night and were really only in the hotel to sleep, so we never had a chance to check out everything it offered ie.... more

This place needs a makeover in a terrible way. Many items in the room either broken or worn out; desks, lamps, chairs, decorations. Do not get assigned a room at either far end of the hallway if you want to view television; their video cabling is a nightmare that prevents clear signals from propagating correctly. Be prepared to wait a... more

We stayed at this hotel because it was within walking distance of a concert we were attending. The area is pretty shady, though, and I wouldn't feel comfortable walking back to the hotel alone. When my boyfriend and I arrived, the attendant at the check-in desk looked at us like we had wandered into some place we didn't belong. She... more

This was certainly not the greatest hotel I have ever stayed in. I picked it because it was three stars, had internet access, and was stumbling distance from the concert two of us were attending. I booked a single room with two beds for the four of us and it was acceptable. Well, with the exception of the bathroom. It... more

While I'd agree that the parking garage was hard to manoevre and the elevators were slow, that's as far as the negative experiences I had at this hotel went. From the time we got our parking permit until the time we checked out we had nothing but polite staff. The parking attendant was pleasant, the check in went smoothly, the room... more

I stayed at the Best Western Primrose Toronto for New Years weekend 2007. I had stayed at this hotel in the past but this time it seemed the hotel was run down. We checked in only to find that the agent had us down for one night and not three that was corrected from what I was told. Our Room... more

I had to stay an extra night in Toronto and found that my existing hotel (Sheraton Centre) was sold out for the Monday so I had to make a last minute reservation at another hotel. As Toronto was heavily booked up for the evening, I had to stay at the Best Western Primrose, and I was happy it was only... more

We decided to cash in on some of our aero plan miles and stay in Toronto for two nights. This was the only property that we were able to book without having to wait for coupons etc. We are a family of 5, and I had read other reviews of this property. When we arrived in Toronto, I asked to... more
