Very disappointed with everything. Elevators slow and waited on the 16th floor and 10-12 cars passed by full. One car in service for employees. Great location, close to CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Yonge Street, Hockey Hall of Fame. Subway is within walking distance. Tim Hortons onsite. Staff friendly and helpful. Room serviced daily. Only problem was the carpark was too small. (Coming off the street, the turns were tight and narrow.) more

The staff in the hotel were friendly. The location is really good, we walked 4 blocks to Younge street to go shopping. The only thing that is horrible is the price of parking.
