We've stayed at the Primrose several times over the last few months, and have had generally good experiences. The rooms are reasonably clean, the beds fairly comfortable, and the staff mostly helpful. It is worth noting that the parking garage has very little clearance, and some of the tightest turns I have ever had to negotiate. If you're claustrophobic, you... more

Had to book a last minuet business trip for me and five colleagues from Boston, choose the Best Western Primrose not know what to expect. The rate was good and it was central to what we needed. Also the staff was extremely helpful when selecting a place to grab a bite after work. I will be back again we have... more

My husband myself and 13 year old son stayed here June 10-13. We stayed in their studio which consisted of 2 beds refrigeraror microwave eating area. It was a very large room for a great price. The hotel was very clean and centrally located. There was a restraunt in the hotel but we never eat there. There is also an... more

The location of the hotel is great. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. The storage room next to the lift (17th floor) was constantly kept open with walls quite damaged inside. The gym was a joke as all machines were broken. I chose to go jogging outside and I must say it was great idea. The safe... more

My stay was for three days at the Primrose and I found it to be a fine hotel. I attempted to stay there on a subsequent visit to Toronto but found it fully booked unfortunately. For my next visit to Toronto I would hope to be able to stay at the Primrose again. The hotel was clean, modern and the... more

My family and I were disappointed with this hotel. The room we occupied had the feeling of being on the dirty side and in need of a good clean. The carpet was stained in places, as were the chairs and the furniture was worn. Didn't enjoy our stay here at all and only thankful that it was for one night... more

I stayed at the hotel last summer and was not impressed at all with the facilities, especially the elevators which were slow, old and in my opinion unsafe. At the time, I voiced my concerns to the management and was told that they were going to be putting in new elevators that fall, and invited me to come back again... more

My wife and I recently visited Toronto for a wedding, and decided to stay a few extra days to tour the city. We stayed at the Primrose Hotel located on Carlton Street and were very pleased with our stay. We had a large room on the 19th floor which had a king size bed and a very nice view of... more

I come to Toronto monthly for business and usually like to stay at the Sheraton Centre, but due to a convention they only were offering rooms well above my budget and so I was forced to look for other accommodation in the downtown area. After reviewing the deals which were listed on Travelocity, I selected the Primrose Hotel which is... more
