I and three friends stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting toronto. We were on a budget and having got our room for dirt cheap we really weren't expecting much! However, we were surprised at how nice the rooms were. We specified a higher floor so had a beautiful view of the Toronto skyline. It was in walking... more

Great location, close to CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Yonge Street, Hockey Hall of Fame. Subway is within walking distance. Tim Hortons onsite. Staff friendly and helpful. Room serviced daily. Only problem was the carpark was too small. (Coming off the street, the turns were tight and narrow.) more

While we Travel to Canada with tour group, we find Primrose Hotel to be very accommodating. Nice staff on front desk and rooms were fantastically huge best stay of our strip, was at Primrose. We are taking another trip next year and staying here.. more

I stayed here as part of a organised bus tour group so didn't have much choice. Being a Best Western i thought it would be ok as all Best Westerns are good. I was so wrong! Upon arrival to the room we found the floor dirty, beds pooly made and mold in the bathroom. Great start but we thought we... more

1) Rude staff at the front desk (only one of the employees we dealt with were nice); 2) Restaurant only open part of the time; 3) They DID give us a bigger and cheaper parking space out behind the building because our SUV wouldn't fit in the underground parking, but there were junkies hanging around at that parking lot; 3)... more

We came to Toronto to visit and we stayed at the Primrose Hotel. We were very happy with the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at room 1814 and liked the view very much. We had two beds in the room with lots of pillows and also had room to sit and talk in the... more

The staff in the hotel were friendly. The location is really good, we walked 4 blocks to Younge street to go shopping. The only thing that is horrible is the price of parking. We paid $23 a night to park, and it's not even for a full 24hours. The gym facilities are outdated and small. The continental breakfast wasn't free,... more

Stayed 1 night with 2 teenage girls with mom. Location was handy, but late at night was a little intimidating walking the couple of blocks away from the main strip. May have been the time of night, but worth noting. The room was acceptable, given the fact that we spent very little time there, but was a little disappointed with... more

Stayed here for weekend away to Toronto with wife and 13 yr old daughter. Drop off point for luggage check in is pretty small so if anyone is in front of you good luck accessing the hotel front door. We waited 25 minutes for a car to move and had to find management to clear it so we could proceed!... more
