I travel quite a bit for business and personal and do frequent many Best Westerns. What I don’t understand is their new rating system of regular, premier and plus. I have stayed at Best Western’s which are plus and premier and found them to be ok, but then in Toronto stayed at the Primrose hotel which is a regular Best... More

Our recent stay in Toronto had us staying at the Primrose Hotel. We were very pleased with our choice as the hotel was definitely not like other Best Westerns we have slept at. The hotel was very nicely done and the lobby looked like one you would find at one of those expensive boutique hotels. We were given a king... More

I have stayed at this hotel a total of eleven times between 1992 and 2002. The hotel was always clean and well kept. The wheelchair accessible rooms were large enough to move around easliy in my chair. The staff was always helpful, especially the first time I arrived in 1992. Downtown Toronto is very wheelchair accessible, information is always avaliable... More

Easy to find from airport if you can fing Yonge St. Parking garage at back of Carlton. Take your time, it's tight but big enough. Nice room, zero view. Helpful staff. Good location, tour bus stops at corner Yonge/Carlton. Lots of eateries all around. Hotel full of drunk students but hotel remained quiet. Dinner at Golden resto, past lights on... More

We often stay at Best Western Hotels as they are consistently clean and comfortable. This one is no exception. Conveniently located in downtown Toronto, it makes a good base for touring. Public transit is very good in Toronto, with both streetcars and subway routes criss-crossing the city. Subway access is a couple of blocks from the hotel. Although the hotel... More

Just spend a night at the downtown Best Western, and it was really quite lovely. The room itself was very nice, and modern; two double beds - very comfy!!, flat screen TV, and bonus, we were almost penthouse on the 22nd floor (23 floors total). Very private, I found I didn't run into many guests there. Parking was a bit... More

I travel a lot for work and leisure and as a points member, typically stay at Best Westerns. This was by far and away one of the best I have stayed at. You can tell that they have just undergone a major renovation (as bragged about by the girl at the front desk). The place is great. Lobby looks like... More

This visit was not problem free, but overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely return. The room has been updated and it was very spacious. The bed was SOOOO comfortable (we had a king). I wanted to take it home. Not sure if we had any neighbors, but if we did we never heard them. Check in... More

We spent 3 nights in Toronto and stayed at the Primrose Hotel. The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk to many places. The rooms were incredible. Very large and well designed with a really chic decor. Really liked the fact that the room has a foyer area where you can leave shoes and jackets etc... More
