Stayed here Oct 2014 for three nights. Room was very clean, no problem with lifts, staff very friendly, location was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay here again, loved it. Great strong WIFI signal in my room.

I stay at the Primrose for approx two weeks every February. The staff is great and are always helpful from the front desk to maids to maitainence. The hotel is close to most everything. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Although the rooms are very nice and comfortable. This hotel had many college students that stay there on a daily basis. They are rude and inconsiderate as well as loud. Our stay consisted of 3 hours sleep due to noise. The restaurant is also not open for dinner on weekdays.

My wife and I were here several months ago for a gov't sponsored awards event. Didn't stay the night but talked to several people fromout of town who stayed the night. Our impression of the place was centrally located to do things downtown plus nice & clean. We found the staff friendly and hardworking in their various duties. Our banquet... More

Primrose Toronto is an ok hotel.Location is good if need to be by Royal Ballet of Canada. The hotel has a Tim Hortons on site and it is a good thing because the coffee they provide is not very good and the restaurant hours in the hotel are hit and miss.

Stayed one night and was pleasantly surprised. We were on the 18th floor with a good view to the north. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Underground parking was tight but if your car is not huge you should be okay. I would stay there again as long as the price remains the same. Very good value... More

Our main consideration when booking a hotel in Toronto was its location as we needed to be close to Canada's National Ballet School, which it is being only 200 metres away. The Hotel seems to be a base for groups heading to Niagra Falls and as such it was very busy with tour groups. The Hotel itself was dated and... More

I stayed at the primrose once before and was a great fan of the spacious rooms, modern feel, and great service. This time around I really enjoyed the comfortable beds. I slept like a baby. Until I returned home and the next day I noticed my arms and legs were covered with bed bites. I was so disappointed since I... More
