I stayed here for business. The rooms are very good and so is the location. I had a corner room which was very quiet. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness facility was very adequate as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with the great service from check-in to check-out. Hotel was very clean and the underground parking was a great convenience also the location was good as it was minutes away from Yorkville and the Harbourfront Toronto. Would definitely reccomend to family and friends.

We stayed here one night only. The room was more or less clean, but the lock on the door wouldn't work and the room needed some repairs. W had requested a queen bed, but we're given a room with two doubles. The beds were comfortable, but I don't think we'll be back.

We had a room on the 22nd floor with fabulous views of Toronto and the CN Tower. Beds very comfortable and clean but bathroom could do with renewing. Bath and toilet both quite old. Shower good with plenty of hot water. Restaurant about to undergo a refurbishment. We had dinner in the CN Tower which was absolutely wonderful. Fabulous views... More

I would rate this somewhere between average and very good. It gets high marks for location and value for the money. As other reviewers have mentioned, the elevators are kind of obnoxious. The building is older and the elevators are small. They should run all available elevators during peak times and program them to only stop twice on the way... More

Indoor parking for this hotel was $27 which I believe takes away from the overall value of the location. The space is very tight and parking is difficult. But you have in/out privileges. Best to park right outside at a lower cost.

The room had no fitted sheets for the mattresses (which were exposed and dirty). Called downstairs, they brought up more flat sheets saying the hotel doesn't have fitted sheets. Hair in the bathroom, peeling paint, dust. Overall very dirty, didn't feel comfortable putting my bags down. I have stayed at Best Western's before and had great experiences, which is why... More

excellent location, friendly adequate service, close to Yorkville and downtown Toronto. Great restaurants in the area and on top of that a short walk to Yonge and Dundas, corner of the Eaton Centre where Joeys is nicely located

This Hotel is nicely located in the downtown area, close to shopping, eateries and entertainment. There are breakfast providers on Carlton Street, health food market one block away, a movies House and the hotel is a few blocks away from the downtown square.

This hotel was an "alright" hotel. my room was on the 20th floor so I was taking the elevator down all the time. One time i went on the elevator and all of a sudden there was a bang and i dropped a few floors before the elevator brakes finally kicked in. I will admit that was a scary experience... More
