loved everything about it,the front desk person was very helpful at suggesting places to go eat etc. Bute the underground parking lot is so cramped and the ramps scary steep, needed to burn rubber for my mini van to get up.

My stay at Best Westetrn Hogels has been almost invariably pleaant: good service, clean, big rooms and ocmfortable beds. The amenities work. For a person in a wheel chair, all accommodation worked well. There was a problem with the reservation: I asked for a wheel-chair accessible room but there was not one available when we arrived. We were given one... More

The size of the room was much larger then expected. And the stove, fridge and microwave were added bonuses for the price. Very and helpful, caring staff. The area of the downtown was close to everything you might need to buy, Drug Store, groceries and even sights to see, within walking distance. It was also a safe neighbourhood. Very quiet... More

I loved the view from the room! The location is great for downtown and also the airport (you have to get the subway and then a bus but it's so cheap! Don't use the one they try to sell you in the lobby!) Talking of the lobby it looked very nice. The room was great, I enjoyed my stay :)... More

I've been travelling to Toronto for the past 3 summers to attend bluejays jays games and visit this beautiful city, This hotel has been my choice every time. Beautiful rooms, nice staff, great location with lots of bars, restaurants at proximity and close to the subway station. I'm even curious to know why this isnt a best western plus. Altogether,... Lobby and rooms very nice, hallways were worn, and there can be long waits for the elevator. Fan in the bathroom sounded like a kitchen garbage disposal unit. Never made it to the pool or sauna, but I will be back this weekend. Maybe a little overpriced, but hell, that's Toronto!

great value, rooms were fine I did get an upgrade, elevators are too slow and no cont. breakfast. Great location to Young Street, large grocery store about a block away at the old Gardens a little pricy but very close, large selection of convenient foods.

Location was perfect. My friends and I travelled to Toronto for Caribana 2014! We stayed in this hotel and we loved it. Parking was not too bad, the staff was amazing. Being that it was caribana weekend the staff paid no attention to the loud noise that came from our room and the rooms around us. Rooms were very spacious... More

Location excellent for what we needed, parking not suitable for midsize SUV underground and very tight fit. Pool outdoor small and cold. Staff excellent and lobby very nice. Rooms dated and wifi kicks in and out on more than 3 different devises used and tested, PPV movies selection menu was a fuzzy picture so didn`t spend the $15.99 per movie... More

I was in the hotel with my sick wife and 3 year old child at 11.40 am. After requesting multiple times, they did not give me the room until 3.00 pm. I wanted to speak with the Manager and I was informed Manager wasn't present at the moment. They were also annoyed by the fact that I was asking them... More
