Brilliant location a block from Younge St and walking distance to just about everything. Staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were reasonable and you can eat your fill. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and quiet! We were impressed and would stay here again!

Looks nice from outside, the room we had was comfortable, but nothing seemed to work right. It wasn't a disaster, but just too many annoying things about it to want to recommend it. We were on the 14th floor, the water pressure in the shower was almost zero. Water just barely made it to the shower head. The bathroom basin... More

I use this hotel as my last resort (not in a bad way) when staying in Toronto - it is mostly filled with students from Ryerson so it can be a bit noisy at times. The hotel appears to be a converted apartment building and as such the elevators are tiny and extremely slow, especially if you have the misfortune... More

Good place to stay in Toronto. Close to all venues and public transportation. 10 minutes from the Eaton centre and baseball and hockey. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel is very clean and well maintained however the elevators are a little slow and even slower when the cleaning staff use them to jump between floors.

Hotel was very tired and in need of an expensive facelift Breakfast was buffet style but a very limited selection One saving grace it is close to centre of Toronto and it is not too far to walk to major attractions

I had originally booked 6 nights but moved out after one night. The hotel was very tired, dirty, desperately in need of renovations. The saving grace was the fact the front desk gentleman was wonderful, kind and tried to salvage my stay. He moved me to another room but the end result was moving out.

Stayed here two nights on Best Western points. I think the charge would have been around $125.00 per night if I had paid for the room. This hotel is conveniently located downtown, close to subway, etc. Nearby Loblaws (huge) located in old Maple Leaf Gardens is a definite bonus. Everything about the hotel was fine, friendly staff, nice looking clean... More

Comfortable clean hotel. Great staff. Location can not be best, downtown near bus, street car and subway for transportation. Room was larger than expected. Only down side was the charge to up grade the internet service, $11.99 per day Canadian.

I stayed here for business. The rooms are very good and so is the location. I had a corner room which was very quiet. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness facility was very adequate as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with the great service from check-in to check-out. Hotel was very clean and the underground parking was a great convenience also the location was good as it was minutes away from Yorkville and the Harbourfront Toronto. Would definitely reccomend to family and friends.
