We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Checked in around 6:30 p.m. and were told there was no more parking available and that we would have to park nearby in the public lot. Didn't bother to "reserve" for the next night because there had been adequate parking in the public lot. Came back the next night at 11:00 and... More

CAA had great price for room but it's old and remodeling was done without attention (sealing is patchwork and mold spots on grout). Beds are more or less past their life expectation. Underground parking is very limited and very sharp turns to avoid pillars and walls also, it was showing 26$ tax in on door but was charged more. Hallways... More

We had a good stay here; nothing spectacular, but we were not lacking anything either. Our room was in one of the top floors with a great view, although sometimes it took a while to call an elevator and the room was rather small. However, the service was good and the location is very practical to start exploring the city.

We stayed on the 16th floor for 2 nights. I rate this hotel as being average, saying this I found the hotel and room clean and well presented. The room was spacious and had a fridge. The staff were polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and found the room to be a little noisy from street, but Toronto is... More

Best start by saying that I am a Best Western rewards member and tend to stay in them wherever I go. I did have doubts about the place once I read the reviews but I got there and the staff were immediately friendly to me, very helpful and always smiling. Every time me and my friends needed assistance we got... More

At first sight the room looked great. However it turns out that the A/C didn't work, the bathroom sink leaked and the in-room fridge didn't keep our items cold and had to be thrown out. Could have done without the half dozen hookers outside the main entrance at dinner time. The manager did discount our room without hesitation when I... More

If you are on a budget, this is a great choice. I paid $120/night for a downtown hotel in July. While probably not as nice as the Sheraton, this was $100/night cheaper and was better than I expected it to be. It was great for a business trip but I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic holiday since it is... More

Great location downtown. Reasonably quiet so peaceful sleep is available. Easy walking to markets, Eaton's Centre shops, restaurants. Good sized room, well furnished. Very comfortable beds and linens. Updated bathroom fixtures. Pleasant, helpful staff.

I was a bit wary of staying here because of the name Best Western usually holds, however I was more than pleasantly surprised; this is not your typical Best Western. The location is great and there are many shops, restaurants, and bars within 2-10 minutes walking distance. It is also about a twenty minute walk from the Hockey Hall of... More
