Room was large and bed was comfortable. There was a microwave, sink and small oven in the room but not utensils or crockery so was unable to utilize these. The fridge was a bonus. Coffee maker handy to have. Located in a quieter part of Toronto but not far from Yonge Street. Easy walk to shopping area. Huge supermarket within... More

Hotel is in prime location, steps form major attractions, public transit lines, and has in-house parking (altho for a rather steep $27 fee per night in the most cramped little garage I've ever parked in.) Check in staff were polite and did their sincere best to accommodate my extended checkout and parking request - at no cost to me. Room... More

Great stay, close to yonge street, but not in a busy area so this was nice, but still had a lot of things around and was a short walk to yonge. Hotel not in a busy location; so there was no long waits inside the hotel. Would stay again. Very clean

The room stank of nasty body odor or something I can't quite put my finger on & wouldn't want to anyway. The room was extremely hot. The free breakfast was $15 per person. They came to charge us after we sat down to eat. We left it sitting there. The parking is nonexistant. Never again.

I needed a place to stay close to downtown for business covering a couple days. First problem was the horrible parking underground, it was dirty and very tight even for a fairly small car. The hotel was clean and the staff tried their best, but at times it seemed they just had too much to do. Service was slow, although... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Checked in around 6:30 p.m. and were told there was no more parking available and that we would have to park nearby in the public lot. Didn't bother to "reserve" for the next night because there had been adequate parking in the public lot. Came back the next night at 11:00 and... More

CAA had great price for room but it's old and remodeling was done without attention (sealing is patchwork and mold spots on grout). Beds are more or less past their life expectation. Underground parking is very limited and very sharp turns to avoid pillars and walls also, it was showing 26$ tax in on door but was charged more. Hallways... More

We had a good stay here; nothing spectacular, but we were not lacking anything either. Our room was in one of the top floors with a great view, although sometimes it took a while to call an elevator and the room was rather small. However, the service was good and the location is very practical to start exploring the city.

We stayed on the 16th floor for 2 nights. I rate this hotel as being average, saying this I found the hotel and room clean and well presented. The room was spacious and had a fridge. The staff were polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and found the room to be a little noisy from street, but Toronto is... More
