I stayed 6 nights and everything was great. The staff in the entire hotel was friendly, polite, and very helpful. The price was incredible considering this was downtown Toronto, 5 minutes from the subway, and with street car service right out the front door. My room was very large, the free in-room wifi was fine, and the business office computers... More

From the lovely lobby to the friendly faces of hotel staff, I would say our one night stay was great. The modern and clean rooms were very comfortable, and the high floor city view was spectacular! It was a short stay but we left with a good impression of the place. The only mild concern was the somewhat tight underground... More

I recently decided to stay here for New Years in Toronto, and found it to be reasonably well located in downtown Toronto especially close to the entertainment district. Unfortunately due to a friend getting sick we were unable to stay and decided not to proceed with the reservation. Normally hotel chains would not refund the reservation charge however the management... More

The location of this hotel is great and the rooms are neat and clean. There is a Tim Hortons right next to the lobby. The breakfast was not good for the price paid. dont worry, there are plenty of nice breakfast joints nearby like ' daybreak diner'. It's a long wait for the lift especially in the morning when all... We stayed here in early January. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable however after a long flight, we were unable to take a hot shower for the night as there was issues with the hotel water system. No one said anything at checkin and when we rang reception to have the issue sorted, we were informed... More

I like the room everything was nice but the toilet was very low and looked naturally dirty. the parking lot underneath was beyond cramped, you could hardly park and turn your car in the close corners. I scraped my car bad that how tight it is and on top of that they charge $27 a night to park. I was... More

Very comfortable beds (very important for a good night's sleep) and clean room. I would stay here again. Location is convenient -- less than a 10-minute walk to the subway. Close to Panasonic Theatre where we took in a show.

Have stayed here a few times and always had a good experience. It's excellent value for money in a downtown Toronto hotel. The location is close to the subway at College Park, and there are lots of restaurant/takeout choices nearby.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Primrose hotel for 2 nights shortly after the new year holiday. We were checked in by a lovely customer service representative named Iris. She went above and beyond to help us out with currency exchange, parking, recommendations for sight seeing and nightlife, as well as a courtesy call to our room shortly after... More
