Stayed in the ICH Toronto Centre for night for business. Service was overall really solid. It is essentially the old Crowne Plaza. The rooms are fine, not exceptional but fine. Concierge was solid and gave good service. It was fine for a business stay.

While at the Metro-convention Centre April 2012 we stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in Toronto. Staff were delightful. The breakfast and extra treat at the lounge were good.
Very friendly staff who knew where to direct people not from the city. Paying the extra for the upgraded room was worth it. The view of the Water and Skydome was nice...

Upon arrival, the valet helped us with our bags and parked our vehicle in their underground parking facility. Check in was fairly quick and a bell boy was right there to help with your bags if needed. There was security visible on the main level at all times.
