I always stay at Intercontinentals whenever I can. Always friendly, beautiful, clean and comfy! Visited the CN tower practically next door and did a bit sight seeing. it's in the middle of town so there were things to do. Continental breakfasts were always awesome. I recommend it....no problems at all. Free newspaper delivered to your door. :)
This hotel is in a fantastic location in the city centre. Reception staff are very smooth and efficient. Breakfast is good and varied. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable but are starting to show their age, particularly the bathroom and wooden fixtures. Nevertheless, a very comfortable hotel.

Stayed in the ICH Toronto Centre for night for business. Service was overall really solid. It is essentially the old Crowne Plaza. The rooms are fine, not exceptional but fine. Concierge was solid and gave good service. It was fine for a business stay.

Check-in was smooth and the room was nice (and clean).
