I stayed 4 nights in September-October 2009 for a conference. Was upgraded to Intercontinental Level - loved the complimentary afternoon and evening snacks and the free Wi-Fi. Service was excellent; room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a fairly enormous flat-screen TV and Bose sound system. Well-equipped complimentary fitness area. Went to Toronto to see a Laura Pausini concert at the Air Canada Center and cashed in two free nights at this hotel. Got a room on the 23rd floor with two double beds.
