I stayed here with my friend and my 11 yr old son Hotel was very clean and we arrived a few hrs early and were offered early check in which was nice. We arrived by train which was convenient as it took only 5 min to walk from union station. We never ate at the hotel as it is located... More

The staff at the hotel was great from front desk, concierge, and housekeeping. Room was clean large and location of the hotel was ideal. Walking distance to alot of stuff. Pool and spa was closed but we were not told even when we called three days before to confirm everything and my daughter was looking forward to it. Overall good... More

I just checked into this hotel today. The lobby area looks spectaculor and checking in was a breeze. They gave me a room on the 6th floor. The room looked really old with old furniture and dirty carpet, not what I had expected from such a luxury hotel name brand. So I read on tripadvisor about their newly renovated rooms and... More

As so many others have mentioned, the location of the IC Toronto Centre is hard to beat. We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this location using IHG Points and could not have asked for a nicer room. (I believe we were upgraded). The staff were all friendly and helpful with ideas on what to see and where to shop and... More

The location is excellent within walking distance to major tourist attractions. The hotel and rooms are modern and stylish. However, the best thing about staying at this hotel was the excellent customer service which was consistent across ALL departments. I was traveling with my 3 month old son and everyone was so helpful. On top of that I have a... More

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, very lavish and open. They allowed me an early check in which was fantastic. I wasn't a fan of the scent that permeated the lobby, though, and from the moment we set down in our room it set the tone for the rest of our stay. The bottle of water was $6. There was no... More

My husband and I were there for the Annual Total Health show, it all began for me with booking the reservation I was transferred a couple of times to different booking agents so I got the impression that things were a bit confusing at finding the blocked rooms and what the rate was. We arrived on the Friday night late... More

The staff at this hotel truly make the difference, the valet staff are super friendly and welcoming upon arrival, offer to help with bags. Yes the Valet is expensive $45 per night but not unlike any other downtown Toronto Hotels. Front desk staff are quick and we had a Feature Room on the 24th Floor. We had a great view... More

The location of this hotel is perfect for all Toronto's main attractions within a sensible walk. I can only comment on the executive rooms on Floors 8 & 9. Half the rooms look out onto the CN Tower. Most of the privileges of the executive rooms are well documented in these pages but apart from the Lounge, wifi and concierge... More

When it comes to location, it's hard to beat the InterContinental on Front. Was pleased with the new renovated rooms and love being upgraded to a more spacious room because of the IHG rewards. I often find downtown hotels claustrophobic but not here. Prices for dining and parking high but regular for downtown Toronto. Close to everything and can easily... More
