Recently stayed at the Hyatt Kings St West. This is a perfect location to everything you want for a getaway! Queen St is a walk away as is shopping at the Eatons Center. There are many restaurants steps outside of the hotel ranging from quick service to fine dining. The Starbucks on the lobby level is very convenient and can... More

Room was large and well appointed. Bathroom was not large but plenty big for one person. In-room there was a desk with high speed internet. There was also free hotel wifi also on offer. Room service (breakfast) was good. The gym included 4 treadmills, weights, some machines. More than enough for a workout on the road. Location allowed me to... More

Once again, we stay at an upscale hotel with beautiful amenities but no free WiFi in the room. When trying to use it in the lobby, most times there was a problem and it wasn't available. Glad to see a Starbucks next door (actually accessible through the lobby) where I could pick up a signal. It always amazes me that,... More

I just spent 3 nights at this property. On the plus side, the room was clean, well appointed. The location is great, downtown, close to the subway, theatres, many restaurants. The room had a modern look, and looks like it was renovated recently. However there were issues. First, the sound insulation between rooms is not good; we could hear a... More

This hotel appears to have been recently refurbished. One of the folks from our office said this hotel used to be managed by another chain and Hyatt recently took over. I found it to be a nice room and wouldn't have an issue staying here again in the future.

Bring a room humidifier! Very Dry and Expensive: 1 night's stay + parking $256 all in, for a basic room. Friendly and helpful staff, but TOO few rooms assigned for event discounts, look out! The "edge" at the bottom of the bed's headboard was also a disappointment.

The welcome was friendly, although when we checked in the receptionist didnt tell us about the business upgrade package ($35/day for breakfast, newspaper, internet and shirt pressing service) so we missed out on that until the second day. Room insulation was a bit light - it may have been that my room as at the start of the corridor near the... More

Check in was fast and efficient, service was warm and professional. Room was renovated, on the top floor and was spacious, clean, modern and quiet. I heard from co-workers that some of the other rooms had a strange layout/configuration. Convenient location close to amenities, love having Starbucks on site! The food provided during our conference was very good. Lobby was... More

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for three days while in Toronto on business. The room was not what you’d expect in a 4-star hotel. Lots of wear on the furniture. The cheap chair was stained and coming apart and the furniture had lots of scratches. The bathroom vent was full of dust, some paint cracked and the toilet was disgusting.... More

We booked 3 nights here for our arrival in Canada and arrived at early hours due to delayed flight. The front desk staffs were very helpful and accommodated us very quick as we had very tired young sons as us. First impressions of the lobby that it was spacious, modern, bright and clean. The room was a decent size for... More
