The location of this hotel is pretty superb, but otherwise it isn't notable. The décor is dated (red and black "modern motif" in the room), the view I had was of an excavated building. The noise in the hallway is pretty intense and voices carry. I was woken up with people talking in the hall in the middle of the... More

Room conditions were great. Parking for two nights cost 64 dollars. It is cheaper to park elsewhere in the city. Wifi didnt work in lobby. Staff exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Overall good experience, I would go back

Hyatt Regency has everything that you require from a hotel while on a business trip - when you leave it in the morning, come back change in the evening, and return late night. Comfortable beds and bathrooms, pool and sauna (I wish it was 24/7), pretty good breakfast (where are the vegetables, though?). It is somewhat annoying that you have... More

This is a handy location for doing business in the Skydome area of Toronto. The rooms are small but efficiently laid out. They need to install a ramp to get from the street to the lobby; lugging suitcases up the stairs is awkward. Overall, however, this is an efficient place to stay for a business trip.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your most recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto. I appreciate your comments regarding our lobby stairs. I can understand the difficulties carring heavy luggage up the stairs. My apologies no one was there to assist as we normally have a bellman stationed close by to assist any guest coming in... More

Checked into the Hyatt between 11am and noon. Asked if I needed a parking permit/tag to park in the attached garage; was told no, it was all paperless. Parked my car in the garage and at 12:15pm someone put a parking infraction ticket on my windshield. Was charged 32 dollars to park in the garage by the hotel and the... More

John Y, I'm sorry to hear you were charged an infraction for the parking. We would be happy to have the ticket voided as long as you're able to provide a copy of the charge. You can contact us at 416-634-1234 and we would be happy to further assist. Sincerely, Paul R. - Guest Relations Associate More

Helpful staff, clean hotel, plenty of landmarks within walking distance in downtown area. There was a mixup with my delayed baggage (long story) but management kindly apologised and made up for this mishap. Breakfast buffet could have a bit more variety. Overall, was satisfied with the stay.

I would first like to acknowledge the front line staff. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and take the time to say good morning/afternoon.The difference is in the details. Parking is available underground ($35), simply leave your vehicle make and plate upon check-in. Location is superior at Hyatt Regency, you can walk to everything in the heart of district: restaurants, entertainment, blue... More

Stay at this hotel for 5 nights for a conference. Service was excellent, rooms were nice and no issues with it being noisy given very busy hotel. Check in and out was quick. My daughter loved view on CN tower. Outdoor pool is small but great for a dip on a hot day.

This is a great hotel. Staff are friendly and the location is great - close to Union, Roy Thomson Hall and the theatre district. The bathroom is small, but clean. The beds are comfy and the TV in the room is huge.
