My sister and I were able to score an awesome rate with Hotwire for only $98 (before taxes). I thought this was an amazing rate for such a luxury hotel as advertised by Hyatt. During our stay we agreed that what we paid for was pretty decent for what we got. Check-in went smoothly and we were able to get... More

I stayed here after group tour finished on 1st of Aug 2014- 2nd Aug 2014 on a Friday. It was fully booked for Saturday since its the yearly Caribbean festival and all hotels in downtown were all fully booked. I was lucky I was able to get an overnight. Staff attitude: Smiling and very helpful. Room: No complaints. I was... More

I'm not sure whether my room hadn't been made over since this hotel's days as a Holiday Inn, or whether the new finishes were already showing wear and tear. I got a room for $140 through PriceLine, which was a steal compared to regular prices but nothing special in reality. I was just there to sleep, but a place that... More

We had a fine stay at this hotel earlier in the month. It was a little hard to find at first, but was convenient for walking to the stadium and very nice for going to second city. We used the business center but the wifi was for-pay. We did not like their random "late night hours". I went to use... More

I stayed here several times in the past month during a recent move. I am a Diamond member with Hyatt. My first two stays were fantastic! The third was OK, but then things went rapidly downhill. The room cleanliness varied from perfect to far from it. On my second-to-last stay, I found a long blonde hair in my bed, as... More

Great Toronto location, very well appointed, excellent friendly staff, room was a good size, beds and pillows very comfortable, kids loved the pool but was chilly. Overall a very nice stay at one of the more reasonably priced Toronto hotels.

Very busy place to start. The room was expensive to book. But when me and my colleague arrived , they couldn't find his booking. Although we had a confirmation number. And their reply was ' you did a mistake'. But the supervisor/ manager helped to make a new booking at the same rate. The room was clean. I didn't like... More

This hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located. It is an easy walk to CN tower/Rogers Center/Aquarium for tourists. The Air Canada center and hockey hall of fame are also very walkable. It is close to the theater district and on a street with many great restaurants and bars. The staff was attentive and friendly.

We stayed here for couple of days for our visit to Toronto. We had a nice room with direct view of the CN Tower. The room was clean with a modern look, but a little small. Parking is right under the hotel, but be aware, if you pay directly to the parking attendant is $25 per day; if you put... More

hotel is very good, staff is good, facility is nice . The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable with all necessary amenities. The room is not large, but you will not get a bigger room at such a location in Toronto at this price. Hyatt Regency Toronto for giving us a room with a view. Thank... More
