I booked at the Hyatt expecting a certain level of service and product. Unfortunately I was surprised with what I got. Cigarette burns on the furniture, rust formations in the bathroom, worn and ripped carpets. It is obvious that the management is not doing a good job of upkeeping this hotel. For $250 a night, I expected much more. The... More

My wife and I just returned from a stay at the Hyatt Regency for a few days while in town for a wedding.  The Hotel itself is located on King Street West in the heart of downtown Toronto.  Anything you'll need is within walking distance whether it's food, shopping or entertainment.   We were initially a little confused with the parking... I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Toronto for business. It is in a good location and the staff were pleasant but my room was only average. The decor is modern and attractive but it felt worn and not well-kept. For example, the caulking in the shower was flecked with black and there was a large burn mark on the... More

We booked your hotel for a birthday weekend. Check-in was effortless, and location was superb however, when we checked out were surprised when our deluxe suite which was $430/night looked nothing like your website shows in size. In fact, we found this room to be so small that we decided to head back home after our daytime shopping and our... More

We went to stay overnight for a bacholorette party. There was 8 of us staying. The girl that booked the 2 rooms asked for queen size beds at a cost of $399/room (not cheap!). When we got our rooms, there were double beds in each. When the girl called to get this rectified, they were quite rude to her and... More

We weren't in the hotel very much as we were there for Nuit Blanche but it was in a great location and very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Also love that they offer travel size items to you if you've forgotten any!

I stayed here overnight on Monday in order to catch a flight at Billy Bishop the next morning. The hotel is conveniently like 5 mins away from the airport. My fiance parked on the street behind the hotel for like $5 overnight. The garage in front of the hotel tried charging us $30 for overnight parking (HAH yah right). Walking... More

I have stayed at the Hyatt on King many times for business. I love this hotel. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom very functional. I love the bar in the lower level as the bartenders are very good and keep everyone happy. Breakfast in the lower level cafe is good too but might be a little pricey.... More

I traveled to the hotel on business, and I was pleasantly surprised at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, modern, and the meeting space is very easy to get to (escalator off of the main lobby). Jose checked me in, and he was so helpful! I happened to mention this to one of my colleagues, and she said, "He checked... More

Great for theatre (Princess of Wales, royal Alex ), TIFF, and LOTS of restaurants nearby, easy walk to subway or grab streetcar, blue Jays and CN tower very easy walk, even breakfast places around. Very safe area to walk. Rooms are good, bathrooms somewhat small but clean and functional. Good lighting, large tv, but NO FREE WIFI. This always amazes... More
