We have stayed here numerous times. The King rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. The staff including housekeeping are great. Clean, affordable hotel with a great location. What more can you ask for? We will be back on our next visit!

We stayed here twice during a two week period before and during TIFF. The hotel has a great location and was reasonably priced. What made the stay relatively average was that reception staff seemed really disinterested and cold and the hotel although nicely designed, is beginning to look a little tatty. The rooms are compact but that wasn't a problem,... More

Stayed for two nights and had a large room on the third floor which was very clean and well presented. You can walk everywhere from here to the main train station, subway, shops and the St Lawrence Markets. The staff were very helpful. It was great to be close to PATH the underground shopping around when it was raining and... More

This is the perfect location when visiting Toronto. Has everything nearby & we walked everywhere without taking a cab once. The hotel is cute and simple yet elegant. The rooms/bathrooms are on the smaller side which is no problem if its two people for a short visit. We had room # 506 which was at the end of hallway allowing... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, room we had was completely different from the pictures on the website we had seen, very dark and brown, on the website they where white green and light. No safe , coffee machine no cups when asked for just paper cups. staff not very forthcoming when asked any questions so stopped asking.

My friend and I arrived at Hotel Victoria around 6pm. As soon as we walked in, we both felt that the front desk clerks were feeling a little agitated and hostile. Whatever, I get it, it was a long day and I'm sure they dealt with some nasty guests. Most hotels do so I understand. When we asked to check... More

Just return from 3 nights at Hotel Victoria. We chose this hotel originally for its location to Hockey Hall of Fame (across the street). The hotel as in it's name 'boutique' means small. That doesn't mean it is small on service and value. Hotel is spotlessly clean, great sized rooms for a couple. I simply have two suggested improvements on... More

It's a really good location. Walking to union station only takes 2-3 mins, all big shopping malls in downtown are walkable. Their inside pretty nice, have their own style, and Internet is fast. However, their rooms are small, one side with good view is noisy, another side with bad view is pretty quiet. If u need to sleep in a... More

Great spot for a quick stopover. Pretty close to everything including subway, the Hockey Hall of Fame, and Air Canada. Hotel staff was super helpful giving directions. Might stay at a Four Seasons or Trump next time if I stay longer but great for a 1 night.
