We stayed here for five nights on vacation. Got a decent price on hotels.com. We liked the Yorkville location - across the street from the Royal Ontario Museum, easy subway access, many fine restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was outstanding – friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional. There is construction on both sides of the hotel and across the street,... more

From the moment I stepped in to when I left, this Hotel didn't stop exceeding my expectations. The staff (ALL of them) are trained and very experienced. They made me feel like I lived in the building. Ther'es always a doorman opening the door for us (even at 2am!!!). Everyone is smiling and very courteous and professional. I got a... more

When I was an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, this block of Bloor Street was known as "Junk Food Strip", where one would look for burgers from Harveys, not fine food at a place like the InterContinental. I was impressed by every aspect of the hotel I encountered. The service, from the doorman and the reception staff to... more

I booked a room for my husband, daughter, and myself through hotwire at a great price. Unfortunately when we arrived, there were only rooms with king beds available, rather than two queens. The person working front desk was very helpful. He upgraded us to a junior suite so that we would have more room and had a cot delivered to... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a two-night weekend get-away. We got a great deal on hotwire and were amazed at the quality of the hotel for the price. The location was fantastic, concierge was extremely helpful in directing us to close restaurants/bars and the rooms were a great size. My husband disliked the small TV and... more

I travel solo constantly for business and have to work for long hours in my hotel room from time to time. This hotel was perfectly located across the street from a great museum, within walking distance of lots of great little restaurants, and had rooms well laid out for working. Seemed easily as nice as a Four Seasons, without all... more

I recently stayed at The Intercontinental Hotel Yorkville in Toronto, Ontario for several days while attending a conference. My room was elegant, warm and cozy - exactly what one needs after a busy work day in Toronto. Extremely comfortable bed, beautiful linens, large workspace with problem-free internet access, sitting area with comfortable and attractive loveseat and reading chair, bay window... more

I was so impressed by this hotel. I've stayed at many hotels in Toronto and this one is by far the best. Beautiful and spacious rooms, elegant decor, very very quiet for downtown Toronto. The hotel was situated right beside great shops, restaurants and nightlife. Loved my stay. Nothing will beat this hotel. more

All was well here. Location a big plus for those interested in Bata and Rom. Near the ttc subways too. Room are nice. The advertised newspaper to your room was never available, but apart from that all seemd well there. there is a small noise issue from underground sunway system, but didn't really bother us too mush, and our room... more

This was my third visit to in Interconinential Hotel in Yorkville, Toronto in the last 6 months. What has been consistent each time has been the excellent service and prompt attention to detail with each stay. The location is ideal situated at the corner of Bloor and University Ave., right across the street from the 'Crystal' of the ROM. Carolina,... more
