This is a beauitul location and, for business travellers, this may be perfect. lots of taxis, great restaurant (Signatures), We stayed here in 2006 and it was very upscale. This time, not really. We booked through Priceline yes, but our room was more like a student dorm room than even the losest room in a luxury hotel. We had two... More

This was our first trip to Canada visiting our daughter, and first impressions were made by the warm welcome we received from the staff at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We made good use of the concierge services who were really helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff... More

This is not your average overrated gleaming tower of shine Intercontinental so often offers. It is as close to a boutique hotel as the chain can muster and it works. It's small - 8 floors. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. Bed is excellent, the in-room safe is huhe and wired internet is fast. Aside from a tiny shower and... More

I stayed for 4 days and found the Hotel a good home away from home. The room was clean, spacious enough and very comfortable. North Americans do know how to get their beds comfy enough. The top level gym was bright and nice, but I'd like to have a bench and some heavier weights. Breakfast in the restaurant was very... More

The Intercontinental Hotel on Bloor West is perfect. The location is right across the street from the ROM and the Gardiner Ceramics Museum. It is right on a subway line if you wish to get to other places in the City and if you want a nice walk - and the weather is good - meander towards Queen's Park. The... More

My husband and 2 children traveld to Toronto for my cousins wedding. The hotel was very pretty, the rooms spacious. We had a King bed in our room and a couch and chair with still plenty of space. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a total of... More

We stayed here in April 2013 for two nights while my husband was on business. The location is perfect and even though our room looked directly over Bloor Street, it was very quiet. Great place to stay. Next to museum and really close to great shopping places. Easy to get to the train to go the cn tower and other areas. Also restaurants near by that taste great. We truly enjoyed the hotel and the hotel bar was great. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.
