I was there in 1966. The impression was that the hotel was a little bit old and simple decoration. Service, pillows, blankets, foods were as good as what Four Seasons Hotels should be. After almost 20 years, the hotel has been completely renovated. Luxury decoration, modern room facilities and the newly opened beautiful restaurant. I like to stay in this... More

A modern, well kept and fancy hotel....as you would expect a Four Seasons in a large North American City. It is located close to two main avenues of Toronto.....nearby is a nice upscale & shopping area .... including a nice bookstore. A longer walk of around 1 hr takes you to older shopping area, the financial district, followed by the... More

We stayed over the weekend with friends for a getaway. The king deluxe room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom with giant soaker tub and tv was a great spot to relax, the only thing that would have made it better was the option to dim lights or have less lights on when bathing. The staff were always friendly... More

Great experience, there was something wonderful about the air in the hotel room . As though it was ionized. Great location for downtown fun, would suggest finishing the evening at Boulude Cafe. Amazing.

The spa prices are ridiculous. Not good value for money. Get a plane ticket to someowhere hot for the cost of a couples massage. Don't do it unless you want to add to your mortgage. Steam room was under renovation-no one told us and it made the trip even more disappointing.

I am truly disappointed you did not enjoy your spa experience. I assure you we are competitively priced in the market and we run monthly offers which can be found on our website. Our steam room renovation notice can be found in your email confirmation and our internal notes show that you were informed about the closure when you booked.... More

I travel a great deal for work. And I benchmark every hotel experience against that of the Four Seasons Toronto! It truly is one of my favorite hotels in the world. From the welcome, to the check-in, to the room - it's always perfection! The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable! I love the oversized tubs... More

Four Seasons is the gold standard of what a first-class hotel is. From the initial planning of the meeting to final billing, everything was done to perfection. The staff are exceptional and can't assist enough.

It's my second time stay in FS Toronto. It's very closed to my office, just 5-10 walk. The hotel service is very nice, very efficient. No matter, it's check-in, check-out, they do it quickly. The hotel room is clean (one thing I don't understand is the cleaning helper like to visit my room at 8pm for cleaning, although their colleague... More

This is my new favourite spa in the city. I enjoy that the common faciliites where the pool and the whirlpool are for both men and women so could enjoy the time in the very comfortable lounge chairs before our massages. The change rooms are very luxurious with tea service and biscotti all the time. The massage beds are the... More

Beautiful hotel, luxurious rooms and excellent service make this the perfect place to stay in Toronto. It's in a trendy part of town within walking distance of many shops and cafes. Highly recommend it! The view and the room I had was beautiful. The bath tub was deep and separate rainfall shower. Really love the built-in TV in the bathroom... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
