This is a truly great hotel and its a great shame its closing. I arrived on a Sunday evening when reception was very quiet and had one of the best check-in experiences ever with the friendly check in and personal welcome from the concierge. I just had time for a swim in the outdoor pool in the snow before my... More

Not much to say other than the Four Seasons Toronto is just a great hotel with all the perks and amenities one would expect at a five-star hotel anywhere around the world. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are first rate, and the service is top notch. The hotel concierge was always helpful and provided many recommendations, and... More

I was upgraded to a higher room without even asking and enjoyed a very quiet stay in a comfortable room that was slightly old world but nevertheless with high quality french bath products. I felt like they knew who I was and they never hesitated to carry out any request pretty... More

Stayed four nights "Boxing Week" visiting friends. We are confident the aging hotel has first-class service but we didn't try any of the restaurants, utilize the concierge or conference facilities, so all I can comment on is the room. Booked superior king room at corporate rate at just under $200/night, which is at least over $100 less than the regular... More

The dining was great but the rest felt outdated and in urgent need of a refurbishment. Unless the renovate, I wouldn't return to this hotel. Sad to say this on a Four Seasons but it's the truth :-( More
