Unpleasant staff, slow check-in, and despite having hours posted saying it should be open no f&b was available. Rooms were very scuffed up, bugs in the washrooms and flooring seams, stains on sheets, and the dirtiest baseboards I've ever seen in a hotel

Overall this hotel is barely adequate- terrible toiletries, uncomfortable beds, nothing in this place felt like a boutique hotel. It's more like a motel 6. Stayed here for the 10th time in the last 5 years. Hotel staff, rooms and service are good/very good. The main reason we stay at this hotel is for the 15 day park and fly package. This is an airport hotel that's part of the IHG group which includes Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn. This attempt at a boutiquey hotel does pretty well. The lobby and rooms are stylish and modern. Checkin/checkout was easy. The room was clean and quiet with the two double beds being very comfortable. The staff booked a cab for the morning and was happy to have it waiting for us when we were ready to leave.

Despite the fresh feel Indigo promises, this hotel was more akin to a motel, including outdated furniture. Indigo Hotels promise an urban feel, but somehow, this hotel things a wallpaper mural of the Toronto skyline is what this means. Also, they promise Aveda toiletries. Pre-booked the hotel for sleep-park and fly, paid a deposit, but upon arrival they had no knowledge of our reservation.
