First time I have stayed at this hotel and the location is great. Close to everything I needed to do. The hotel is clean and not too expensive for downtown Toronto. Staff all seem to enjoy their jobs and are helpful. I will come back.

Considering this price, room (with King bed, non smoking) I stayed was so spacious, very clean, well equipped. Totally, very good hotel! It would be perfect, if the hotel were equipped with a coin laundry.

This hotel is perfectly located between Queen Street and King Street... right in the heart of where we wanted to be! Beds were extremely comfy, room clean and up todate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of shopping near by and lots of restaurants. We made the right choice!!!

This turned out to be a very nice Hilton Garden Inn. The room was a good size, and the shower is very large. The location is fantastic, assuming you are looking for the boutique bars, restaurants, and shopping that King & Queen streets offer. Breakfast was typical for this type of property (basic cold buffet with an omelette station), with... More

Myself and 3 friends stayed at this hotel this past Labour Day weekend for the FanExpo convention. Overall it was a decent hotel, clean, and the distance to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre was great. While my friend checked us in, we got our stuff up to the room. For some reason they wouldn't let us check in unless someone... More

Stayed on the 11th floor of this hotel on August 31st, 2014. The hotel is U shaped, the the opening of the U opens onto a night club. The music blasted, and I mean lung rattling and bone jarring volume from 10:30 pm until 3:00 am on Sunday morning. (I am not exagerating, I could feel my lungs vibrating while... More

Horrible service Horrible security Horrible stay Since it is beside night clubs, if you're under the age of 40, you are treated like a drunk teenager. You need to pass security in order to enter your hotel room. So unless you want to stand beside your spouse and friends the whole night to enter the hotel to use the bathroom,... More

Great hotel with exceptional staff going beyond expectations. The bed was heavenly. Location is prime with endless entertainment options with in a few blocks. Convention ctr, Rogers Ctr, Air Canada ctr, CN Tower, theater district and restaurant row. Only draw back is valet parking $40 and the bar is closed at 10pm.

This is a very good hotel in strategic location on the west side of the downtown TO area. There are not as many options on the western side of downtown in the region sandwiched between Queen and Kings Streets compared to other downtown sectors. It is a very convenient location for the purposes of my business activities in TO. It... More

The hotel was just fine, but the night club next door played absurdly loud music all night long. The staff sent us ear plugs which was nice, but even those weren't enough. Don't expect any sleep here!
