I booked with Urban Living Suites because I was planning to travel with 3 adults and 2 teenagers and we were looking for something reasonably priced and fairly close to downtown and this promised a place that sleeps 6 for a very reasonable price. We were honestly a little scared when we pulled up because the outside of the place... More

This place seemed brand new, it had a full kitchen, a great bathroom, living room, bedroom with two queens, awesome location with a great night life. The proprietors were super nice, friendly and helpful about things to do and directions.

This hotel might be good for some people and bad for others. Lets start with the good things about this hotel: 1. The location is perfect. It is very close to Chinatown and it is on Dundas Street where there is a stop for the streetcar that takes you to Dundas Young Square and other major attractions. 2. The rooms... More

I had recently booked a one night stay through bookings.com for UrbanLiving Suites in TORONTO and had an emergency and had to cancel two weeks before the one night stay. Bookings.com emailed them to see if they could refund part of the money, but they never emailed back. Then bookings.com spoke to them while I stayed on hold, the hotel... More

Arrived late evening, difficulty in being understood at the off site reception area, seemed amazed two elderly ladies required help with their luggage up a steep flight of 19 stairs. Room dark, only one light working in a bar of 4 in tiny living area. Had booked a room with 2 double beds, got one bed and either a pull... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights as we headed down to Toronto early from Orillia. The hotel itself was under renovation so the outside was masked with wooden boards covered in graffiti. It didn't look very appealing but it was understandable given the work they were clearly doing. We had originally booked a twin suite but as that wasn't... More

I chose Urban Living as an inexpensive option for a week long stay in Toronto while attending a course on one of the coldest weeks this winter. I was upgraded without request or additional charge. Room is fully equipped (dishes, dish soap, small appliances etc) and very clean. Bathroom was small but plenty of hot water.Public transport was very convenient... More

We stayed at this facility for four nights. Granted, as others have said, the room is rather cramped and the skylight in the bedroom hampered your ability to sleep in and without a real window, the room got a bit stuffy. The bathroom was particularly small--two people could not fit in it at the same time! Plus I have never... More

hard to find as there are shops below and they are doing renovations but the location is great and the room was clean with a kitchenette it is like a university dorm room so expect that but it was dirt cheap and we'd stay there again great location if you are going to the amphitheatre. Free parking included which makes... More
