Problems at check in, one elevator out of service. Stayed in a renovated room (extra charge) told the unrenovated rooms are tired and old. Waited 20 minutes for breakfast to come out. Next to the airport...the only real plus point about the hotel. Pretty well insulated as well, and you don't hear air traffic. Very dated hotel though, requiring major revamps to carpeting and room furnishing. More

Reservations made via business travel agency: Check In was OK.
