If your looking for a friendly place to stay, that has easy asccess to everything. I would stay elsewhere. The only good thing about this hotel is that's close to some local nightlife hotspots. The room was dirty, the carpets in the hallways were stained. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bedroom. The ice machines barely worked... more

This past weekend we took the kids to Sudbury for March-Break. When I check on the The Radissons web-site it showed a gym and weight room. There was no weights and only one working treadmill. We had booked two queen beds but when we got our room they had given us a room with two doubles when I called front... more

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend with 5 other friends in a 2 double bedroom with an extra cot: don't know what the regular price is but we used a gov't discount which gave us the room for 120$ per night. For this price hotel was def. worth it. The front desk was accommodating from the check-in, we had... more

Staff/Check-in... Stayed here for one night with my wife and two small children. Check in was smooth and the staff were nice and friendly. Parking... The parking at this hotel is terrible, the hotel itself is connected to a downtown mall which has a parkade. We ended up parking on the roof and it probably took us a good 10... more

Very adequate chain hotel. Clean room, friendly staff and not too much noise. The hotel restaurant, Pesto's was ok as well. I was initially put off by being given ground floor room overlooking what looked like a building site but this did not cause a problem. On a subsequent visit my ground floor room was on other side of the... more

Our room was fine except that with two sharing a double bed, the "choose your # " for softness bed had about a 4-6" band around the bed that stayed extra firm making for an uncomfortable sleep. Garbage left outside our door by previous guests or housekeeping stayed there for a few hours until I called the front desk. Our... more

We chose this hotel based on the reviews we read online and because the hotel was supposed to be newly redecorated and upgraded. The lobby is lovely, but that's as far as it goes. We were put on the ground floor, one floor down from the lobby, and a good 5 min. walk from the elevator. The hallway was damp... more

The location of the hotel was perfect for our need. The mall attached to the hotel with the Gym to use was excellent. The Desk staff was very hlepful with maps and they are very friendly. The hotel rooms with special beds was a sleeping beauty, best sleep ever. I have read reviews to this hotel, and I must say... more

I stayed at the Radisson for two nights for business, in May 08. It's clear that this hotel has had the Radisson name tacked onto it, with few or no improvements from whatever it was called before. It's below average. The bad: -desk clerk dickered over room price. She said there were no rooms available at the price we booked... more
