We travel to Sudbury , to visit family, quite often. We always stay at the Quality Inn Downtown. The amenities(pool especially) are great. My kids love to swim and have fun. Anything we need for the room is immediately provided(fridge, microwave, etc.) The staff always goes above and beyond. The rooms are very comfortable. It is in close proximity to... more

These days are hard financially for everyone. Our room was 2 dbl bed, hi speed internet, fridge and sitting area, fourth floor for $103 per night. - Checkin was prompt and plesant - internet was nice. - We ordered pizza and it was delivered to our door in 20 minutes (YAY Pizza Pizza!!) - pool had rusty ladders, no warm... more

Visiting for business and ended up staying too late to travel back home that day, so I booked in something close to the office downtown and I have not tried this place out, so I though I would try it out. This place is a DUMP. I was on the fourth floor, and the common halls were so dark from... more

I was booked into this dump of a hotel by the travel department at work. I was visiting Sudbury for 3 days on business. I have never felt so nervous returning to my hotel. It is in some weird old location under a bridge and beside what I counted as a 15 line rail junction station (trains). Driving to the... more

I live in sudbury and stayed at the Quality Inn with my husband to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. We booked a suite with a special "Romance Package" that included champagne, chocolates, bubble bath etc. and we were very pleased with our room and the service provided. The staff was very friendly and accomodating; when we went up to... more

Just got back from a few days in Sudbury. Science North and Dynamic Earth is amazing for the kids (6&9). The Quality Inn had a great Kids activity room, crafts, games, puzzles, movies for the kids to use. Hotel pool and whirlpool were perfect after a day out. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. A little hard to... more

My family and I were not planning on staying in Sudbury overnight. However, due to bad weather, we needed to stay. We drove to a few hotels to check prices and services. After being extreamly dissappointed with the reception received at all, we basically expected the same at The Quality Inn. Wow, were we wrong! The front desk staff was... more

I have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occassions and bothe times have been excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. One stay was with my family for my son's hockey team. They appreciated our business, not like some hotels where you book in with your son's hockey team and they give you all these rules about... more

A homeless shelter is right down the street (about two city blocks) and there are many people hanging around there or wandering the street. As a former paramedic this was not a new experience but as a tourist with children I was a bit concerned. The parking lot was well lit and I was told they had not had problems... more

The hotel lobby is not impressive and has a hint of stale smoking upon entry. The hallway on my floor had a very strong smoke odour. My room was not extra clean, the coffee pot had dried left over coffee in it. The "Bridges" restaurant was not open when we went for breakfast, even though the front desk told us... more
