We stayed this past weekend at Mercer to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. From the moment I first called to get information to the time we left, there's no words to explain how they made us feel. The staff are the best in the business, such caring, professional and fun staff, again they are incredible. The rooms are cute and... More

Had an amazing stay here on the weekend. Check-in was a breeze, free parking out back, great wifi, central location. Whirlpool bath and huge shower - superb comfy king size bed. Couldn't have asked for a better room. Very quiet despite the party going on down in the restaurant. Restaurant was divine. Food was delicious and presented well. Can't wait... More

Loved staying at the Mercer Hall in. Our room was so boutique - cozy. Lovely decor and little touches like the bottles of water and cookies. The bed was suuuuuuper comfortable and cozy - we took a little nap before heading out to see King Lear, and it was seriously hard to get up! The only negative was that the... More

For the second year in a row, we stayed here so that we could attend 2 plays at the Festival. The staff are amazing, friendly co-operative., and always looking out for ones best interests. An added bonus is the restaurant, which serves excellent food with a very caring friendly staff.

We stayed at the Mercer Hall Inn for 2 nights in September 2014. Free parking was a pleasant change. The room was a good size; we had requested a room away from the street. It was very quiet and comfortable although I found it rather on the dark side with lighting more for "mood" than light and I found the... More

Stayed at Mercer Hall when in town for the festival. Staff was exceptional and made our stay a definite when can we return. Rooms large and quiet. The hotel is walking distance to the festival theaters and many restaurants. Parking is in the rear and convenient to the hotel. Restaurant onsite that serves brunch and dinner. If in Stratford, treat... More

Overall, a great experience. Stayed one night to attend a play at the Tom Patterson Theatre. Parking was interesting - the lot is signed for "Guests of Mercer Hall Inn", but most take that to mean that if they are eating dinner, then they can park. We were fortunate to get the last available space. Check-in was professional and courteous.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in late August. Very comfortable, quiet rooms. Free parking and excellent staff. The Inn does not serve breakfast until brunch at 11, but there are some great choices within a block walk for an early breakfast. The Inn is walking distance from the Stratford Festival theatres too.

We have traveled to Stratford several times and really enjoyed our stay at the Mercer Hall Inn. The staff is professional and the bar is excellent. We stayed in 2 rooms ( booked back in April for August- hard to get 2 nights even then) : 207 and 301. The staff moved our stuff while we were at a play.... More

First time staying at this Inn/hotel. We had the Jacuzzi suite which was quite large with a King bed and a Jacuzzi tub. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The inn is right in the downtown so you step out into main street with tons of shops (gee... no wonder my wife loved this place - lol). If you are... More
