A group of friends and I organized a quick trip for our milestone birthday this year. We arranged massages with Kim as well. I can say we all enjoyed our relaxing weekend and Kim was the perfect hostess. Our massages were so relaxing and a great way to start off the weekend. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast as well. Gorgeous,... More

Grandville Manor is a beautiful home in a historic district of Stratford. Within walking distance of all the theatres, we could park our car for the entire weekend. The Manor is spotlessly clean, and the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated. Kim, the owner and hostess, is gracious and dedicated to providing a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were varied and delicious,... More

A little far from Festival Theatre, but close enough to the others for walking. The Forest room has a pullout bed as well as a queen, so we had plenty of room for the two of us and our 13 year old. Breakfast was hearty. A bit pricey, but Stratford is pricey generally.

My husband and I stayed a night at the Grandville Manor in Stratford, ON which is a wonderful and charming home down to the cat and lovebird! Our hostess Kim was helpful and went out of her way to make our stay a great one. Her home was within walking distance to the Avon theatre and downtown. Will definately go... More

Kim is a wonderful host, and her breakfasts are really delicious and hearty. Lots of fresh fruit and choice of juice, as well as croissants, toast, waffles or eggs and bacon etc. She supplied nice quality soaps and skin lotions. The room, although a bit small was comfortable, but for the price I would have liked an ensuite in stead... More

Kim is a wonderfull host. She is welcoming, helpful and if you have time, she is a fabulous registered massage therapist. Her breakfast was hearty and delicious and it was great to have a chance to meet all her guests. There is a wonderful wrap around porch, parking and the bed was so comfortable. Located within walking distance to downtown... More

Charming period house. Early AM coffee in the hall, with an elegant breakfast served in the dining room. Homemade waffles one morning and scrambled eggs the next with all the accompaniments: bacon, tomato, fresh fruit, juice, toast muffins and cereal and yogurt if you wanted it. Very clean, comfortable beds, somewhat cramped rooms, but it's a period house. Nice gazebo... More

We booked our stay at Grandville Manor through the Stratford Festival, but even before we arrived Kim had provided useful information to us via email and responded quickly to questions about dining options. Upon arrival we were treated like old acquaintances (which it turns out we were - the "e" in the title above should be an "I")... Our room... More

Stayed one night in Stratford and so glad we found Grandville Manor to stay in. Spent a lovely sunny afternoon out on the deck chairs. The location was great and the owner was very attentive. We were able to walk to the theatre and back in the evening. The room itself was so beautiful! Would have loved to stay longer.

We stayed at Grandville Manor last Fall and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. When we booked tickets to another Stratford performance this Spring, we immediately asked Kim to save us a room in her beautiful home. She is a wonderful hostess - nothing is ever too much trouble and all of her guests are treated like old friends. The beds are comfy... More
