My husband and I really liked this inn. We parked the car in their lot and then walked everywhere. The attached restaurant served great food and was a good place for an after-theater drink. The weekend entertainment , a guy and his guitar, was fun. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the bed. It was hard as a... more

We have stayed at the Queen's Inn many times and have found it a great value with nice rooms. We have stayed in a room that we have not liked -- small, no closed closet, but we have been careful to choose a room by its number now. We like a room with two beds with a cheery decor and... more

My experience was tainted by very poor customer service, mostly on the part of the owner. I'd booked after finding them listed (under "Book a Room") on the welcometostratford.com website, which allowed me to compare all rooms available in town on a quiet Sunday night. I was simply looking for a bed for the night, so I went with the... more

I have had the pleasure of staying at the lovely Queen's Inn at least once a year for a number of years and am looking forward to my return stay in a month's time. I always look forward to seeing what they have renovated over the short 'off-season' between Christmas and spring and this year, I'm told that the third... more

We spent 1 night at the Queens Inn during our 2 week Canadian holiday and we received excellent service froom the moment we walked through the door. We turned up at the hotel a bit panic-stricken at 7pm as we couldn't find anywhere to stay. Unknown to us, the Shakespeare festival is very popular and beds book up fast. Also,... more

Normally I stay at the Mercer Hall Inn which is heaven when a room is available, however as there wasn't the night I wanted to go,I managed to get a room here, with surprising ease and for a third more than I would normally pay at the Mercer. This was not any room mind you I was told at the... more

We have enjoyed our stay at the Queen's Inn several times in the past. This year was very disappointing. The bath tub was filthy. We could scrape the soap scum so it had not been properly cleaned for quite a while. There were long black hairs in the sink and on the base heater that did not belong to me... more

I have stayed at the Queen's Inn for five years as part of an annual tour to the Stratford Festival. It has been wonderful. Barbara is a fantastic hostess and takes great care to make everyone feel at home. The Inn itself has a special charm and I would highly recommend it. I look forward to staying there again. more

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions while attending the Festival. We were treated like family by the staff/Owners and recognized each visit even though we only came once a year. The rooms are quaint, well kept, bright and cheery. Even the pull out beds are comfy. It is located right in the middle of the theatres allowing... more
