Stratford is a lovely town but it's hard to find a decent patio anywhere. There are patios but they almost all front the main street which is noisy, busy and smelly. Nonetheless, this little local pub has a shady space out front that is great for people watching and cooling off. The food is better than average for pub fare.... More

Stayed here in late April 2012 for a Buck and Do which was within walking/crawling distance of the hotel. Found this hotel very clean, and charming with each room quite different, updated and more then meeting our needs. The beds were firm, clean and comfortable. With approximately 10 rooms booked that night, I never heard anyone complain about their accomodations. In... More

We recently stayed at the Queen's Inn for 2 nights. The rooms were quite small and furnishings tired. Bathrooms in need of an upgrade (rusty sinks, chip in enamel in bahttub). Heating system difficult to regulate and fan noisy. Bed okay, but very small (double). Showers for people under 5' 10", but water pressure good. Parking lot full for guests... More

We stayed at the Queen's Inn last Saturday night. They allowed us to check in early which was nice. The pub downstairs is handy for those wanting to kill some time, however made it difficult to sleep at night as it was really loud. (Music) The room itself was very small, and outdated. We had about three feet of room... More

We were allowed to check in early before we went to see Camelot. The young lady at the check-in counter was very helpful and had personality plus! Our room was clean ! We were told if we needed to stay a bit longer than the assigned checkout time we just needed to let the front desk know! We were recommended... More

From check in to check out this hotel was much more than we could have ever expected. Due to travelling issues, we arrived early and were told that it would be no problem to check in before the scheduled check in time. We were given a room that was clean, fresh and well maintained. The staff from the front desk... More

First the good stuff. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Now for the other stuff. My first impression was that it smelled like my grandmother’s house back in the 60’s. A musty/moldy smell. Everything was old and I know it’s supposed to look old but doesn’t have to actually be old! I didn’t feel like the room... More

Pros: The location is in the heart of town and convenient to everything, the staff is very friendly Cons: The room was a little shabby, bath needed some repair work, our major disappointment was the dining room "Henrys". We waited 45 minutes for our salads which were forgotten, our entree was good, however everything went downhill, we were once again... More

The location is really good - on the main street of Stratford, you can pretty much walk everywhere. The price was standard. However, the bedding didn't seem too clean - found some hair on it. The rooms are old - so generally it doesn't have the "new look" to it. The size of the rooms are pretty good, though.
