My husband and were in Stratford as his choir was performing at a downtown church. As he has mobility issues i decided that the Queens Inn would be the best place for us to stay but I had read reports on Trip Advisor that the Inn was "tired" . However, the owner had responded to this criticism by explaining that... More

My wife and her sister decided to have their parents 50th wedding anniversary at the Queens in Stratford in October. We contacted the manager and had made the final arrangements for the event. The party went well this is greatly due to the Queens staff that went out of their way to ensure that our every needs were met. All... More

I was looking forwards to a quaint getaway in Stratford, I was hoping to watch some plays and explore the area. First of all let me make it clear, the plays were amazing and I definitely recommend watching the performances. However the hotel was heinous. I was looking forwards to staying at this historic hotel, but when I got to... More

Rooms are just fine, location for theaters and "downtown" shopping is great. The parking is also a big plus. I love the pub within the hotel and the pub food is very good. I would not, however, recommend the dining room. My dinner there was really quite awful -- and not inexpensive. But the lodging and the pub are terrific!

My wife and I were spending a night in Stratford to go for dinner and to see a play. We landed on this hotel based on TA reviews. The hotel is in a great spot, right downtown which is close to all the action - Stratford level action. We rented a suite which was quite large - big living area... More

We are a family owned and operated Inn, and feedback from guests, both negative and positive, are always appreciated as we strive to do better, and exceed the expectations of our guests and patrons. After over 20 years here at the Inn, we know that word of mouth will always be our greatest advertising tool. Our winter months are spent... More

We had an enjoyable last minute stay here in July,2014. We were given a nice room with a sitting area on the second floor for the same price as a standard room as most of the hotel was booked, which was much appreciated,. The room was comfortable although a bit dated, bathroom was nicely appointed and quite clean. This is... More

I won't stay at this hotel again. That is not to say it was all bad - there were good points. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was central and close to everything. BUT. the beds were VERY uncomfortable and there was little attention to detail. Plastic cups in the rooms? at that price, surely we could have... More

My mother and I stayed at Stratford's Queens Inn mid- July, 2014. We loved it! I prefer "old" hotels, I like the charm and character, the kind of atmosphere you get from heritage inns. Of course I want them to be well-maintained, too. In the case of the Queen's Inn, you get both. The inn could not be better located;... More

We have stayed here a few times. If you want central-can not beat, comfortable-as good if not better then any where else, service-two thumbs up! There is a great pup (family friendly) on site that is the best. We have enjoyed every stay from to your basic room to the suites. We have stayed in other establishments but the Queen's... More

Stayed a night in downtown Stratford in early July 2014. Found the Queen's Inn and was pleasantly received. Rooms are nicely renovated and had a comfortable bed. Loved the fact we were as close to downtown as you can be for easy shopping excursions. Festival Theatre is about 1km away and thought of walking but the weather was a little... More
