Pretty average motel-style accommodation. Room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. We got this as part of a Stratford Theatre package. The meal in the inn's restaurant was a bit disappointing. Not that it was bad, but the decor was very basic and the food was nothing special.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it is just bearable. The rooms were supposedly renovated however, there were stains on the bedspreads, the bathrooms are in need of updating and the heating is very hard to control ( it was either very hot or very cold). The showers are terrible with little pressure to wash hair. This... More

This hotel feels like one I would have stayed in as a child. This hotel is NOT "chic" or modern in any way. It IS however, very well kept and in immaculate condition. Most of the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The food is fine..... I wouldn't eat there if I lived in Stratford, but as a hotel guest... More

Travelled to Stratford with another couple for the world renown Stratford Festival Theater. Got 2 adjoining rooms. Spotless rooms. Well appointed. Good furnishings. Great beds and linens. Food in dining room was inexpensive and very good. Service throughout was excellent. We really loved the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub and were again spotless. Very quiet probably because it was... The Festival Inn is in very bad need of updating. I stayed there 17 years ago and it hasn't changed much. The hotel was extremely busy with 5 bus loads of people, including many students. The rooms are in bad need of updating. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, the bathtub didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. The... More

Stayed in the Festival Inn on business. The property was older and was in need of updating. The hotel seems to be a throwback to the 1980's Holiday Inn style (Same bedspreads, carpet and bathroom fixtures. Wireless internet was not available in the wing of the hotel I was staying in but wired was with no cables available in the... More

We were able to obtain a room at the last minute. The room was a good size, was clean but needs updating......old carpet. The bathroom was really not good....toilet seat broken, old fixtures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Inn was busy but everyone seemed to be working well together to take care of their guests. Breakfast was... More

We've stayed at the Festival Inn several times over the years we've been coming for the Festival. We booked a room for a last-minute trip this month after several of our preferred choices were booked. Our room was in the main building and while it was clean and contained all of the necessary amenities (TV, refrigerator, coffee maker) it was... More

Several decades ago this was 'the' place or perhaps the only place to stay in town. Now, sadly it can be cast in a movie as the dim, rundown highway motel. Threadbare towels and stained linen add to the theme. One highlight was the breakfast that was hearty and well-prepared. However, make sure you have visited the washroom before entering... More

2 beds in bedroom and 2 sofa beds in 2nd room. Up to 8 would fit if you're all friendly. Indoor pool is a hit with kids. Rooms are a bit worn but staff are friendly and accommodating. Did not try food in their restaurant.
