Stayed here for one night for the festival in October. The location is ideal, very close to the main street in Stratford for shopping, dining and attending the festival shows. Very easy to book with fast & professional service. Although there was no contact with the owner, we did not mind at all as we were given a personal number... More

This establishment, as we have found it in July 2015, definitely does not appear as a boutique hotel. It is by far more in the category of a vacation rental, seeing that there are three or for apartments (we stayed in the same apartment under the new and the old owner), and there is no personal contact with the owner... My wife and I stayed in Stratford recently at XXVIII for 3 nights for our anniversary. This is a superb quality accommodation, within walking distance of all Festival theatres, at quite decent pricing. We stayed in the first-floor one-bedroom apartment which is a lovely, modern, self-contained unit with full kitchen, king-size bed, jacuzzi bathtub and lots of delicate, classy touches.... More

Stayed here for the festival in July, it was the perfect location. Easy 2 block walk to the centre of activity and anything purchased at farmer's market can be brought home to store or cook in the kitchen facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, pots, wine opener etc. no need to think of anything to bring. It is... More

I spent a couple of days with my wife and 3 teenage kids. We enjoyed a large apartment, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a third bedroom-living room and 2 full bathrooms (very convenient during vacations, when everybody wants to have a shower at the same time. Location is also excellent, just a few yards from the lake, a short walk to the... More

We stayed only one night with our two dogs. The two bed is very nice and private. Everything is clean and tidy. At over $300 it's also quite expensive for a B & B without breakfast.

I stayed for a week in a newly refurbished apartment on the second floor of this converted private home, with a king bedroom, a full kitchen, a small living room, and a full bath. It is decorated in a sharp modern style, but it is comfortable. I wanted to cook many of my meals, so the kitchen was of particular... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night. It was just a quick getaway and staying here was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and the location is wonderfully close to Rundles restaraunt. We loved Xxviii and will definately be back!! What a find!
