This was our first time staying at this B&B and stayed in the New York room. There is excellent attention to detail, from providing a mini-fridge, umbrellas, and a nice rainfall shower head, to the nice-sized rooms and excellent breakfast. It is served at 9 am, but coffee is available 24 hrs/day. A nice variety of fruit was available, cereal,... More

William is a great host and cook. 3 nights with shows, biking, canoeing, walking, shopping and every morning featured a different breakfast: quiche, eggs and pancakes. Anytime we wanted to hang out, there was coffee and fruit available. When it rained, there were umbrellas to borrow. The décor is fun and the location is great for the theatres and downtown.... More

Queen & Albert is a nice, quiet B&B off the beaten path of the downtown area of Stratford, but, close enough to walk to the theatres, river walkway, downtown restaurant and shopping areas; with offstreet parking. William's breakfast was delicious. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed at this B&B for 6 nights in May and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. William is a warm, interesting, attentive host and cooks up a delightful, varied hot breakfast with a good selection of cereals, fruit and condiments always available. We stayed in 2 rooms both of which were very roomy, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, spacious full bathrooms... More

My wife and stayed here for three nights while attending plays at the Festival. We had stayed at the same place in Stratford-The Deacon House- for over 20 years, but alas, Mary and Diana retired so we were left to find a new place. We could not have found a better place than the Queen and Albert. It is ideally... More

William, the host is excellent. He is friendly, welcoming and helpful....perfectly attentive. He has a lovely way of chatting with everyone but letting the flow the spontaneous conversation between guests take precedence. There were additional touches like bottles of water available to grab on the way out (and umbrellas as we needed on our most recent trip). We loved the... More

On our second visit, we were again welcomed at the door by William. The London Suite on the main floor has been repainted and has new linen, which we appreciated. Two other couples shared their experiences with us in a very convivial atmosphere that began at breakfast. We each had separate tables, far enough apart for private conversation, close enough... We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Q and A last summer. The breakfasts are very creative and delicious...and at 9 AM. Perfect timing after late nights at the theatre. The rooms are quite large, well appointed and, most of all, very quiet. William is an attentive host and we enjoyed his tips about restaurants and places to visit... More

We visited Stratford twice this summer, double our usual, since the playbill was so strong. We stayed both times at our favorite venue, the Queen and Albert B&B. We stayed both times in the New York Suite, which is spacious and welcoming. After a day of prowling Stratford, we can relax and prepare for our evening meal and play. The... More

Stayed here 3 consecutive nights in the Paris Suite. It was very clean, spacious and attractive. Breakfasts differed each day and the host was attentive to any dietary needs. The room has all necessary appointments and we could access tea/coffee any time. I highly recommend this place when visiting Stratford. We parked our car and left it there for our... More
