This is our "go to" place in Stratford for our annual theater visit with two other couples. William continues to improve on excellence, adding more welcome touches to the facility. His breakfasts feature fresh fruit and interesting hot dishes, with endless coffee and tea in a bright, welcoming setting. Excellent location convenient to all of the theaters, and good advice... I am not usually a fan of B and B's but we like this one very much. It is located on a quiet residential street however we find it easy to walk to the downtown shops, restaurants and theatres, as well as to the Festival Theatre and the waterfront. The common area is spacious and comfortable and, in addition to... More

The Queen & Albert was about 4 short blocks to the theatre, so we walked to the performance. We felt very safe walking back. The river next to the Theatre has a gentle river completed with swans and ducks and the walkways are very attractive. It was very close to the centre of town, which had excellent restaurants and interesting... More

My husband treated me to a stay at the Queen and Albert for my recent birthday. It was very different from many of the old traditional Victorian B & B's in which we have previously stayed, but nonetheless its difference made it interesting. It is a converted butcher shop, with very high ceilings in the main common area and dining... More

This was our second stay at the Queen & Albert in Stratford. The storefront with its eclectic decor is a nice change from the typical Victorian b & b. Our room, with a balcony, was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were scrumptious all three mornings. William is the perfect host....helpful, interesting to chat with but also ensures guests have privacy... More

Five stars to The Queen and Albert B&B -- to the host William, to our spacious and comfortable room, to the delicious breakfasts. The B&B is easy walking distance to the Festival Theater and a fifteen minute walk into the center of Stratford. We hope to be back again soon!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay and it was a pleasure having you here. You mentioned the London suite downstairs, very popular as there is not one step to take from street level. Hope to see you here next year! Thanks for taking the time to write a review! More

We arrived early and the owner ( William ) had our room ready for our stay, he showed us around, and we upgraded our room. William was very friendly and helpful during our two day stay. He was serving waffles for breakfast and they were great. The over all stay was great.

Glad you enjoyed your upgraded room. The New York suite is a little larger than all the others which are all large. It also has a kitchenette which can be useful. Waffles are on the menu once every ten days or so. Glad you enjoyed! More

We didn't know what to expect when we drove into Stratford on a recent visit, but were delighted with our choice of a B and B instead of a hotel for this quick trip. William is a warm and welcoming host and showed us to our clean, comfy, tastefully decorated, and spacious room. It was unusual in that it overlooked... More

Queen & Albert is the perfect location in Stratford for access to theaters and downtown. Located in a quiet neighborhood, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms have tubs and lots of space to keep toiletries. William's breakfasts were excellent offering fruit, yogurt, cereal and a cooked option such as waffles or eggs.... More

The Q & A B&B is a lovely spot to stay at while in Stratford. We stayed in the twin suite, which was very comfortable and homey. The other 3 suites are also lovely, each furnished in an eclectic way with comfy couches and chairs. The location is just a few blocks from the theatres so it is well situated.... More
