Haig Street Bed & Breakfast is a recently renovated 1950's bungalow situated one block from the river and the beautiful parks system. It is ideal for families, groups of friends and those guests who have difficulty with stairs. There are 3 steps in total to access the home and bedroom area. Guests enjoy their own private entrance, sitting room and deck. There is ample free parking so you can park and walk everywhere. We are a 15-20 minute walk from the downtown core with all its shops theatres and wonderful restaurants. Our home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans for you comfort. The sitting room, for your exclusive use, has a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, TV and VCR. Wireless Internet is available in all parts of the house. Breakfast is a combination of many delights ranging from fresh fruits, home baking and always an egg dish with bacon, ham or sausage. We do not have any resident pets and unfortunately we cannot accommodate any. A $25 per night, non-refundable deposit will secure your room. If you need to cancel please give 14 days notice to avoid extra charges. The Green Room: We have one guest suite with a queen size bed, and 2 twin beds (day bed and trundle). A privacy curtain divides the 2 areas. The suite has its own en-suite bathroom. The Blue Room: The second guest room has a queen bed and private bathroom just outside the room, bathrobes are provided. A 39" wide cot is also available for a 3rd person or separate beds for 2 people.
