Stayed here for two nights as we were attending a wedding in the ares, we found the hotel to be in a great location. The rooms were basic and had a small kitchen area, clean and we had good views over the golf course. The hotel benifits from a swimming pool although we did not use it, there are many... more

I have traveled on business for about 10 years. My new company booked me in the Holiday Inn because of it's proximity to the office. After 2 days and several moves within the Hotel I knew I had to leave. The list of issues is long; it starts with the two "snarky" front desk staff, sticky dirty room floors, the... more

This hotel has the most amazing fitness room (s). They also had an indoor and outdoor pool. It made up for the old small room that were very humid and kicked up our mold allergies. The staff were very nice and helpful and there are restaurants nearby: Perkins (good service/food) and Kelsey's. We chose this hotel for the price because... more

Very friendly staff. We stayed for two nights. We were on the second floor - only stairs in the building. Our room had a balcony & over looked the mini golf course & the pool. We had a 1 king bed, small microwave, mini fridge, very small coffee perk, desk & one small dressor with only four drawers and a... more

We stayed here for two nights. The women at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but we expected this. I really enjoyed the indoor pool which was in excellent condition. The inner court yard looked good and would be great for families. I found this hotel to be in the perfect location for making... more

Rather better inside than it looks at first sight from the busy outside. Worth having an executive room on the separate Club floor. Rooms are comfortable and adequate in size with smallish bathrooms. Friendly reception staff. The restaurant is quite good, though darkish. Good for an overnight with much more reasonable rates then Niagara which is about a 15-20 minute... more

This is about my 10th stay here since the mid-1980's. We love the king executive rooms, the outdoor pool in the summer, and the excellent food in the dining room and with room service. Since we are huge Niagara Winery fans the hotel affords a very convenient location from which to do our touring. The priority club membership provides a... more

We booked this hotel on Hotwire and recieved a great deal. This is one of the older Holiday Inns, but it was super clean. The room was gigantic and beautiful. The internet was awesome. The breakfast was not free, but it was worth it. A great place to stay if you are visiting Niagara Falls or Toronto. more

I agree with the positive reviews below. This Holiday Inn provides everything a traveller needs--decent beds, working A/C (ours was much more modern than the system photpgraphed by a reviewer below). The interior of the hotel is much nicer than the exterior. The immediate location is a tad depressing, just off the highway, adjacent to a CostCo and Office Max,... more

On behalf of the management team at the Holiday Inn St. Catharines-Niagara, thank you for your comments below. We take pride in our convenient location to all major attractions in the area, including Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-lake, historic Port Dalhousie, the wine route and so much more. Within walking distance is over 8 restaurants such as Montana's Cookhouse, Kelsey's Restaurant, Coppola's...

The hotel was in a great location because we were central to everything. It was not a large hotel so you were not overwelmed and the kids enjoyed the food in the restaurant more
